Detached single storey house comprising a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and 3 poufs, television, DVD player, stereo, bar area, independent kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, one bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and cupboard, and another with double bed 140 cm, 2 bunk beds of 90 cm and cupboard, bathroom with bath and cupboard, separate toilet, garden with terrace facing south, garden furniture for 6 people with parasol, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the garage driveway.

House ideally located 1500 m from the ocean, 800 m from the city center and 400 m from a hypermarket. Close to all amenities, it has been completely renovated and will allow you to make the most of all the activities available in the surrounding area (beach, bowling, tree climbing, bicycle rail, Ile d'Yeu, Noirmoutier island, forest, markets, traders, laundries, etc.).

Perfect little house

This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer

Très bien clôturé pour l'accueil d’un chien. L’océan est situé à 2kms, les randonnées pédestres également accessibles en voiture ou en vélo, un super marché à 600m. La forêt domaniale très bien balisée. Points forts : accueil, parking privé, jardin clôturé, confort de la maison, équipement, calme, contact avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie. Points faibles : utilisation d’un moyen de locomotion pour accéder aux loisirs. Très bien dans l’ensemble.

Une jolie location qui nous a permis de la Vendée sous un beau soleil en prime ! La maison était confortable tant au niveau de la literie que de l'aménagement moderne du salon... une cuisine bien équipée sauf un petit problème de bouilloire vite résolu par la propriétaire attentive à nos remarques...Le jardin clôturé a été apprécié par notre petit compagnon à quatre pattes !Seul bémol, le manque de lave-linge...Bref, nous recommandons cette location dans un quartier paisible tout en étant proche de l'océan !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison décorée avec goût et sans superflu.Notre chienne berger australien a apprécié le jardin clos et la petite terrasse ombragée par un store. Les commerces sont à proximité, tout comme les plages et les forêts. Une belle découverte de la région. Une propriétaire à l'écoute et merci à Rémi pour sa gentillesse.

Petite maison agréable et bien située. Beaucoup de luminosité. Cuisine équipée avec espace repas. 2 chambres avec placards intégrés. Literie impeccable.
