SUMMER 2026 WE ARE OFFERING two consecutive weeks • June 26 - July 3 and July 3 - 10, check in/out is on a Friday. These dates and villa location (beach front) are guaranteed. Note, you will be working directly with the owner, not a third party! This is a 'PLATINUM' unit, beach front, best location possible. Your views of the ocean and beach from inside the villa or from your private balcony will be memorable. Located in the prestigious Port Royal Plantation, Marriott's Barony Beach Club is consistently rated 'top ten resorts' on Hilton Head Island. This spacious, two-bedroom villa includes a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, and spacious living and dining areas. Guests will enjoy six private pools, five whirlpool spas, putting green, shuffleboard courts, barbecue grills, a world-class spa, convenience store, and deli. For your convenience the Barony provides daily activities for the kids and typically live music by the pool on the weekend. The poolside beach bar and grill is great for all with hamburgers etc. for the kids and full bar if you choose. All that Hilton Head has to offer is nearby, golf, tennis, water activities, dining, shopping.... Use the on site concierge to coordinate your activities.

Fantastic Family Rental

We rented this unit for the first week of July and we could not have been happier. We had all that we needed for our 2 year old son to have the the of his life. Great beach and fantastic pool. The property staff is excellent and is well taken care of. My family lives in Hilton Head and this is by far one of the only properties they recommend to their friends. Renter contract was clean and easy and the owner is great to work with.. They made sure all my needs were addressed. Thanks again we had a great vacation. Jason
