The spacious living area opens up to the balcony with sliding French doors to let in the fresh, salty air during warmer months. The balcony has ample outdoor seating and porch swing. More guest rooms are down the hall, one with a king bed and private bathroom and the other with a queen and private bathroom.

Upstairs, a primary suite takes control of the floor with a large bedroom and spa bathroom that features floor-to-ceiling marble finishes in the shower room, double vanity, and soaking tub. Access to the top-floor rooftop terrace is down the hall. The terrace has stunning panoramic Gulf views under the covered balcony.
