This newly remodeled home is appointed with everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing weekend away. Modern accents of stone, wood, copper, and marble create a beautiful atmosphere, while a sprawling layout offers space and privacy for the whole group. You will find two bedrooms downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs ensuite king bedroom is spacious and features a flat screen TV, separate shower and tub, and access to the hot tub. The second bedroom downstairs has two full beds and a TV with PlayStation 3. Across the hall is a full jack and jill bathroom with access to the laundry room through to the kitchen. Upstairs there are 5 more bedrooms; three are king ensuites, one is a queen ensuite, and one bedroom has a queen bed plus triple bunk bed with attached bathroom.

Head into the living room to relax by a cozy fire in the stone fireplace, or kick back and watch a movie on the 75" flat screen TV. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking gourmet meals with modern amenities, gas stovetop, and copper sink. Off of the kitchen is the dining room table that expands an additional 2 feet w/ seating for 12 plus 4 barstools, and access to the sun room. The sun room is stocked with a foosball table and pool table. Head up the beautiful wooden staircase to the loft to enjoy a good book on the comfortable couch or hanging nest chair. Enjoy a soak under the stars in the oversized hot tub that seats 8+.

10 Blue Goose is fully equipped for enjoyment of Sunriver. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 9 adult bikes provided to the 40+ miles of paved bike trails. Fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Fish the Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir for a nearby excursion. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.

Perfect House

This spacious, well-stocked, clean house could not have been more perfect. Excellent gathering space, wonderful bedrooms, and a dining room table that could fit us all. I unreservedly recommend it to others with a large group, and I look forward to staying again in the future. However, make sure to bring your own shampoo, as it is not provided.

I’ve been recommending this house to everyone! Having 6 bedrooms with their own bathroom was so nice! The kitchen was well equipped and the location was great. The game room got chilly but it was really fun to have. Will stay here again.

We rented this for a family gathering. It was perfect. My dad’s 90th birthday.🎂The accommodations were excellent for our family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The only thing we could not find was the ping pong table? We have already booked this home for 2023 ! ❤️

Family Vacation

Hmmmm...lots of bedrooms, not enough seating for all of us in the living room...dark in the dining room at nite, had to find a lamp so we could see our cards. There were bikes the garage, one not useable, nice to have a pool table and other amusements...downstairs bedroom...very nice...however very warm, even with a,c, on. Also when opening a window the sash came off in my hand, so no fresh air! I don't think you want to hear any more. Regards, Lois G.

Fun During Covid-19

We are a three generation family that visited Sunriver during a setback to phase 3 Covid-19. The fabulous house and the beautiful Sunriver environment made up for our disappointment. The kids had fun trying each unique, exciting bathroom shower. We spent numerous day and night hours playing pool, foosball and over 300 video games on that cool machine. The kitchen has everything we could ever want and there is an extra "beer frig" in the garage. The living room is comfy and cozy with enough seating for our huge family. The outdoor deck caught the sun at just the right moments. The bikes, the walking trails and the local hikes providexd just the right amount of exercise for all 3 generations. Although we were disappointed that most tourist activities were closed, the house and the Sunriver community kept us busy and entertained for a full week. Thank you to Bennington Properties. You deserve an A+++ for responding to every question and concern we expressed.

Great House in a wonderful location

We visited for Spring Break with 2 other families. This house was perfect! With 6 adults and 7 kids, we had a lot of room to move around. The layout was great. The game room was loved by all and located in the perfect spot so that adults could enjoy it after the kids went to bed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was a great house! The beds were super comfortable, the hot-tub is awesome and huge and we loved having two ovens and two dishwashers! The game room was great.

The property and management team were great. House has a lot of amenities for a larger group. Everyone had their own bathroom (fantastic!) and we spent most of the time in the game room. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Sunriver...and the house was amazing! It had everything we needed! Hot tub, game room, every bedroom had a bathroom, huge dining room table where we could all sit and eat together, big kitchen, gas fireplace, heated floors in the master bathroom!! I highly recommend this home, and would definitely stay here again!

The house is definitely old but clean. They did remodeling updates to make it nicer. The outside of the house looks very rough with paint peeling & wood splitting on the deck outside. They have a pile of lumber sitting in front of the garage which takes up a parking spot. They also have a pile of lumber on the side of the garage which is a hazard to try to walk around with all the snow. It is awesome that the bedrooms have a bathrooms in them. The two downstairs bedrooms have windows above the doors which is not good because people from upstairs can peek in & see into the bedrooms. The downstairs master bath toilet reeks like sewer so I took the lid off the tank and there is mold growing in it. There is also mold growing around the trim in the downstairs master bathroom toilet room. I am very concerned about that. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. But they need a cheese slicer, and beaters. We went to use the hot tub and it was 97°. The living room is to dark. Needs more lamps.

Oregon vacation

The home at 10 Blue Goose Lane was most comfortable for our Oregon family reunion. The hot tub and game room were big hits with the adults (10) and children (6).
