The house was dirty and bathrooms unsanitary. The stove refrigerator dishes in cabinets were dirty. The furniture was dirty. We found dirty underwear in one bedroom broken furniture such as the microwave handle. The internet was unpaid for. We felt unsafe as I thought if the ladies thought we heard someone downstairs as we slept. The beds were dirty etc…..Wirst experience I’ve ever had.
Property is in a nice location, but could use some fixing up.

Will Return
Came to NC for Springbreak with my teenage kids. This property was well located and very clean. It was close to a mall with a STARBUCKS!!! The owner was so easy to deal with and very honest. The property was quiet and also had a little seating area to relax.

Not Happy!!!
Well first of all when we arrived we went into the place that we rented and it was occupied. Called the owner and he said he had moved us to another place. When we arrived the place smelled like smoke and the place was dirty. Furniture was broken, the shower curtain was ripped, there were not paper towels or toilet paper or hangers. The kitchen ceiling had ketchup on it. The TV's didn't work upstairs. There were cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners and even trash under the beds. The towels were worn and ripped. Stains on the carpets and the floor was sticky. There were several lights bulbs blown out including both entrance bulbs - we replaced for our safety. In the kitchen there was a melted mess on the counter covered up by a cutting board. We did have our 2 small dogs with us and I had reservations on leaving them there in that filth. We arrived two days before Christmas and just dealt with the situation as we were there to visit family. We did take pictures and even a video to supply the owner with proof of the property. We asked him to refund a portion of our payment. The response was "NO! and that we should have notified him sooner of the condition and the pictures were taken at the end of our stay. There was no way the place was left like that!" Needless to say we never have received a refund and were accused of leaving the property a mess when we really left it cleaner then it was when we arrived. DO NOT STAY HERE!

OK - not the best
Unlike every other condo I've rented, this one had no clothes hangers. We bought 80 and left them in the closets. We had to replace a couple of lightbulbs and still had no reading light anywhere. No wifi connection (owner said someone stole the box), no coffee, paper towels, garbage bags. We replaced the iron since the one there had melted plastic on it. The carpet seriously needs cleaning and the living room has seating for three only! The tiny TV has very few channel options.
