Location and Surrounding Area:
Located in Miami Park, a quiet neighborhood 5 miles north of downtown South Haven shops and restaurants. 3 minute walk to a private beach, which is accessible via the tram (out-door elevator) down the bluff to the newly finished revetment which is adjacent to the beach. The beautiful scenic area is a wonderful place to watch the sunsets or spend a sunny warm day playing in the water. You can view the lake from the beach, bluff or revetment. Or spend the afternoon at a winery , brewery or cider house. Fantastic location to hang out and take in the sunny days of summer, or have a winter retreat.

If you prefer larger beaches there are several within a 7 minute drive. Home is located a mile from Kal-Haven biking trail which includes miles of scenic biking and walking trails that the entire family can enjoy. Local winery also located less than a mile away.

Home Interior:
Recently renovated this special home is equipped with everything you need,. Newer plumbing, heating, appliances, laundry, and kitchen and a large Hot Tub that holds 8 people. A brand new whole house generator just incase! The home has 5 bedrooms, 2 separate living rooms, 3.5 baths, fireplace, a covered porch, a deck, screened in porch, game room (pool, ping pong and foosball), and kids bunk room. The kitchen is well stocked as well as the whole house with games, towels and linens. Just bring your beach towel, chairs, ride the tram to the beach and ENJOY!! Fun for the whole family!!

Extremely large and private backyard with trees surrounding the perimeter. Out door shower, log cabin playhouse for the kids, swing set, large outdoor grill and circular fire pit!

Spring Getaway

We had a lovely stay, fully enjoying the hot tub, game room, fire pit, playhouse, and private beach. The stairs down the bluff weren’t open yet for the season, but the trams were easy to use and a bit of an adventure each time. The beach was quiet and empty while we were there. There are a lot of beach rocks in the water for looking for fossils etc…but those with sensitive feet may want to bring water shoes. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it for families with multiple age ranges to entertain!

Great fall getaway!

We loved our long-weekend stay! A lot of space for anyone who needs to WFH a little before getting back to the big group. Loved how much room there way to stay in, watch movies, play some board games, use the game room and generally spend time together with a big group. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub & the quick stroll to get to the private beach for some fresh air. We had 8 friends, but more could have easily fit. Love it!

Great Location, home has it all

This house is in a great location: close to the lake, close to amenities, things to do, etc. It has loads of space and beds for many people to stay. The hot tub was a big bonus. Full kitchen with all you would need. Our group had a fabulous time staying at this house. Only thing to mention is the driveway is only large enough for four vehicles. Something to keep in mind if a group has several friends/families coming from different origins. We would definitely stay here again should we choose to visit the area again. Nothing better than being so close to Lake Michigan.

Everything you need!

We had family members come from Chicago, Toledo, and NYC to celebrate the 1st bday of our granddaughter. (FYI...Julia's Bakery makes the most wonderful vegan carrot cake!) It was the perfect place for everyone to spread out...spend time together...have fun...and relax. We spent time in the hot tub, sat by the bonfire, played in the playhouse, played games/pool/foosball, grilled out, walked on the beach and even hit a couple brewpubs in town. Great location and the host was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!

family wedding in South Haven

This house was perfect for my parents, my sister's family, my uncle's family and mine. We had plenty of room to spread out and the backyard was perfect. We enjoyed walking down to Lake Michigan and my 4 year old even learned to hit a baseball!

I grew up in MI going to the lake all summer long. I love the way Lake MI makes me feel. Even though I no longer in the state, I am only 2 hours away having a second home in South Haven. South Haven is the perfect location as the town is quaint, the pier is beautiful and fun to walk, the beaches are many, and the country side is beautiful and there is so much to do. This home is peaceful and it is just what I need after working so hard. I am a real estate broker and love homes in general. I have helped people for the past 16 years guiding them in their real estate needs and felt I could provide value offering my second as a retreat to others. I love that others also love staying in my home.

I love this location because this home is sun filled all day long and is on one fo the largest lots in the area. With privacy from the bordering trees, and the huge backyard, this home provides a haven for anyone staying there. The home is a blend of an old home that added onto to create 2 separate living spaces. The kids have their own living room and their TV and Game Room, while the adults have another living room that is separated. The home is completely renovated and very comfortable with everything anyone could possibly want in a vacation home. Impeccably cared for, this home feels new every time I walk through the door and that is how I want my guests to also feel.

This home has it all !! All updated appliances. It's the perfect blend of modern and charming. Multiple TVS, Wi Fi , keyless entry, nicely finished flooring through-out. 4 Baths, 5 bedrooms plus a bunk room, Sun filled all day, game room with pool, pingpong and Fuse ball, Huge Hot tub that fits 8 adults, fire pit, huge back yard with kid swing set and a REAL play house cottage! The beach is a 2 minute walk away with tram to get down to the water. The best sunsets you could ever imagine.
