This house has been designed for the remote working, family friendly vacation with plenty of space for multiple families to stay in one house. The Dreamer House is a brand new home near South Beach. Three floors designed for your family to spread out when on vacation. This home offers multiple living room spaces, multiple eating areas, and en suite nursery!
As you enter the main level, there's a bedroom / bathroom (shower) for those who prefer not to climb stairs, a living room, wet bar, and an extra fridge for those who are preparing to grill out! The second floor offers a bedroom with an en suite, an open concept kitchen, dining, living space for the whole family to enjoy. As you need to rest from the day at the beach, find 3 bedrooms on the third floor. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and nursery. The two other bedrooms have a large bathroom to share along with built in desks for those who are remotely working during your stay in our quaint beach town. Weekly & Monthly rental options available!
As expansive as the inside is, the outdoor concrete patio and balconies allow for groups to enjoy that morning light with coffee or a big grill out at the end of a long day at the beach. If you need some accommodation that doesn't fit the offering, reach out! We'd love for you to see this awesome home and stay with us!

Ben and I (Thaiphi) grew up in southwest Michigan and currently living are in the metro Detroit area. South Haven is my hometown and our houses (Dreamer, Canary Cottage, and Seersucker Summer House) are in my childhood neighborhood. While we both lead corporate lives, have 2 kids, and are planning a move to Ann Arbor, MI!
Why they chose this property
Our homes are on my childhood neighborhood. It's a chance for me to stay connected to the area and bring memories for those who are looking to make them. It started off more as a hobby and turned into a passion of making places beautiful! Follow some of my work instagram @Demodarling
What makes this property unique
Dreamer House is named after my father, a true Dreamer. We would walk this neighborhood (he worked at the end of the street!) and he'd share his dream of owning a bigger, beautiful home. He passed away in 2017, but I wanted to make this dream come true for him. This house really encapsulates bringing everyone together for a holiday and celebrating time together as a big family. Work hard, play hard!
