Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with cable channels over looking pool and new ceiling fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffee maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

High chair and pack n play available by request. Also I have tub chair as pictured up on request.

Me and my husband we purchased this condo when we became first time parents. I treat this place like my own home, and like to surprise guest.

This the best neighbor, quiet and safe. Just a drive away to the most beautiful beaches. No need to sit in traffic to enjoy beautiful Florida weather.
What makes this property unique
This unit is on the ground floor and from the patio you can see the pool. Families that stayed in our condo, said that is so convenient to cook a meal and be able to see children outside by the pool. I’m always available if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. My goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience
