Great stay, great location

We loved the condo. We'll definitely stay there again if we get the chance. Our host helped us out multiple times and was very responsive and understanding of a late night check-in. Highly recommended.

Great condo and location!

Great condo and location. Condo was very nice, very clean, and well equipped. It was close to everything. Pool was also very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay.The only negative was people upstairs were a bit noisy.

Tom is an amazing host. The condo is exactly as advertised. He was easy to contact and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. Very comfortable and safe environment. Highly recommended and will be staying here again when we come back.

We love it at the Avalon; Tom was responsive and checked in throughout the trip. He was easy to get ahold of. Condo was clean and perfect for my little family of 3.

Excellent place, location, and host.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Condo is cute, well maintained. Location is perfect, everything is in close proximity from beaches to shops and restaurants. Tom was a great host, responsive and available to provide answers to our questions. Highly recommended place. I hope we will come again.

I paid for two weeks. The condo was nice, and well stocked. AGAIN, the VRBO condo was nice. However, it was EXTREMELY noisy at all hours. I was down for work and needed quiet. I had asked to be refunded the remainder of days and I would find somewhere else to go. The owners solution was to move me to his personal unit. I gave it a try, but it literally felt like I had just took up space in a strangers home. There were personal items, fingernails, and the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. I left as soon as I could the next morning, and went to a hotel. I still have not heard about a refund of the 5 days.
