The Historic 1889 Walton House. This cozy home offers a charming front porch, large windows that afford plenty of natural light in the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dinning room, living room and eating nook. There are many original details that make this home a memorable experience when staying in Historic Snohomish.

We would like our guest to respect our neighbors at all times with quiet time at 9:30pm. Please, NO parties, smoking or pets. This house is a shoe free house, please remove your shoes before entering.

This historic home is in the heart of downtown historic Snohomish, just two blocks from antique shops, restaurants, bakeries, wine tasting, music, coffee houses, wedding venues, and locally owned and operated specialty shops. Bring your bicycles and cycle the Centennial Trail, or take the plunge at the Snohomish Aquatic Center, just minutes away.

The Walton House has three bedrooms with three queen beds. Enjoy all the luxuries of home with three TV’s, Wifi, washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, oven, stove, dishwasher and board games. The kitchen is fully furnished, and a heat pump and air conditioning to keep you cozy and cool no matter what season you come to visit. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry and dishwasher soap.
This is a family friendly environment and we are happy to share this house with you. We would like our guest to respect our neighbors at all times with quiet time at 9:30pm. Please, NO parties, smoking or pets.
Parking is provided on the gravel driveway, as well as street parking.
Prior to your stay, you will receive an email with an access code to the keyless door lock on the front door. This key code will be active starting 4 PM on the day of your arrival until 11AM on the day of your check out.
Please leave all dirty linens in the bathtub upon check out.
*Food and condiments are not provided.

Make sure to visit our local farmers markets or produce stands to prepare farm to table food. Only a 30 mile drive to Seattle, and a 15 minute drive to Woodinville known as “Woodinville Wine Country” with over 90 wineries. This is a family friendly environment and we are happy to share this house with you.
