Great little place on the river

Had some family stay here. Inside is small but very new and clean, outside is shabby chic. We used one of the docks to use our small boat, made it a great stay. Great deal for the price.

Nice place but terrible shower

The place was nice. Good for 2-3 people, the only downside was the shower was horrible. The spout seemed to be loose and hard to use and the water pressure is very very low. I couldn't wash my hair or shower properly. Everything else was good

We have never had water pressure problems before and I would have worked to resolve this immediately if I was told there was a problem. I will look at this today and fix anything if needed. I am always prompt to solve any problem a guest may have.

Quaint Stay...

Quaint Lodging. No central air conditioning. 2 Loud window units in the living room and bedroom. Make note if you need quiet for sleeping. Very little kitchen supplies, no wine glasses, etc. It is definitely as described and nothing more.

Not great

The place is okay, but there was a strange smell in the bathroom. The property manager said they were going to check it, but I never heard back. Check in says to park in spot #4, but on a chat, she says #1. I parked at #4, and then I was asked to move my car immediately.

there were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

The only issue was the cockroaches, other than that the apt was cute and comfortable.

We do not have german cockroaches rather we have palmetto bugs which live in palm trees and by the water. We have a local pest control come out to spray regularly. Unfortunately my pest control says they always find ways to enter since they like the warmth but its not infested and its very minimal you may see one.
