Rated as "Exceptional" this is a very comfortable and welcoming home with two bedrooms plus den in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, yet located just 8-10 minutes away from the beach and entertainment in Las Olas and within a 10-minute walk from Publix, Walgreens, high-end and quick service restaurants, banks, and anything else you might want or need for a comfortable stay.

Very spacious and full of natural light, the den is arranged as a home office. Hardwood floors, central AC, granite countertop kitchen, and fresh paint in walls, ceiling, and closets. All furniture and furnishings are from 2023.

One bathroom, private backyard with deck, perfect for relaxing afternoons and grilling.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure to clean the outdoor grill to avoid an extra $75 cleaning fee.
Leave the porch lights on.
Follow all instructions in the check out procedure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No events/parties. No fireworks of any kind. No loud music that may disturb the neighbors. No smoking or vaping. Violations will get a $500 fee.
Do not tamper with or disconnect any element of the security system. Violations will be subject to a fee of $300 per occurrence.
For stays of 7 or more days, trash and recyclables bins must be taken out on Wednesday night (11th street) and must be rolled in on Thursday at noon.

Mockingbirds are the State bird of Florida so we named our home in Victoria Park after them. Our Mockingbird's Station is located in a quiet corner of the beautiful Victoria Park neighborhood. And is a very short walk or drive away from almost anything you might want or need. From daily necessities to a wide range of entertainment options.

The location is unique! Quiet, yet close to anything you may want or need. From the Las Olas beach under 10 minutes away to every possible store under 5 minutes away.
