Very nice property, excellent facilities. Check in was easy with a key safe. Property was clean. We loved the access to the beach and golf course and the view of the 9th hole from the patio was fun! There’s plenty of things to do both in the holiday park and in the area. We played tennis and make use of the driving range too.

L emplacement de cette maison est idéal : face au golf (calme), bien exposée (sud ouest), a proximité de tout : centre, plage (on conseille chine liège pr plus de calme), tennis : nous faisions tout en vélo entre 3 et 5 min ;-)... peut très bien se faire a pied aussi on a adoré le cadre, en pleine nature, reposant, beau... proximité de la piscine a 2 min a pied l équipement de la maison était au de la de nos espérances. Elle est décorée avec bcp de gout, très bien agencée et équipée que ce soit côté cuisine, jeux, plancha, vélo, TV, armoires avec vrais rangements : vraiment, on se sent comme a la maison. Accueil optimal par la personne qui prend en charge les locataires ; avons également eu des échanges avec la propriétaire qui est aux petits soins. Bref, on a envie de revenir et on a adoré nos vacances

Magnifique maison

Maison très propre et agencée avec beaucoup de goût. La dame qui nous a accueillie était très serviable et c’est adaptée à notre arrivée tardive alors que nous étions dans les bouchons et qu’elle avait des projets. Parfait je recommande et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci également pour le lit bébé.

Wunderschön gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet - großartig!

Wir haben in der Vorsaison (Ende Juni) als Familie eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Und wir waren begeistert! Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet und hat eine herrliche Lage. Der Strand ist fußläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar, mit Leihrädern (bei „Soonline“ ausleihen, „vélo du die Golf“ viel zu teuer!) sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Moliets, die Bäckereien dort sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten per Fahrrad oder 7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Brot dort ist sehr gut. Das von den Vermietern selbst genutzte Haus befindet sich in einem französischen Feriendorf: d.h. kein Verkehr, kein Lärm. Besonders erwähnenswert war die Betreuung durch Sylvie, die house-keeperin, die sich ganz schnell und herzlich um alle Belange gekümmert hat. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden - das erste Mal für uns mit einer Vermietung über diese Plattform. Einziger Wermutstropfen: morgens in der Früh werden die Golfplätze mit einem traktorähnlichen Gefährt gepflegt. Das kann um 7:00 Uhr stören, dauert aber nur ein paar Minuten. Ansonsten ist die Stille dort herrlich! Wir können dieses Haus bedingungslos empfehlen!

Kleines hübsches Häuschen in toller Lage, aber: ...

Wir waren zwei Wochen Ende Juni Anfang Juli in Moliets et Maa. Dadurch war der Ort nicht so überlaufen und angenehm gefüllt. So auch die Anlage. Sie ist gepflegt, süß und optisch sehr ansprechend (im Gegensatz zu den anderen Anlagen in Moliets). Aber man muss wissen, dass die Häuser recht eng beieinander stehen und man daher draußen akustisch viel von anderen mitbekommt. Die letzten drei Tage zog eine Gruppe Abiturienten neben uns ein, die zwar gut erzogen, aber natürlich in Feierlaune waren. Da es sich um eine Golfanlage handelt, gibt es auch jeden Morgen die übliche motorbetriebene Rasenpflege. Das wussten und kannten wir aber schon im Vorhinein. Dafür genießt man einen tollen, unverbauten, autolosen und entspannten Blick ins wirklich Grüne, was in Moliets rar ist. Die Anlage ist die letzte vor dem Meer, was grandios ist. Mit den Rädern ist man - je nach Alter der Kinder - in fünf bis zehn Minuten am Haupt bzw. "Golf"strand. Letzterer war leerer (keine Restaurants, aber Toiletten), ist aber erst ab Juli bewacht. Unser Häuschen war sehr nett und ansprechend eingerichtet und wir wurden von Sylvie sehr gut empfangen. Wir konnten sie anrufen, wenn wir Fragen hatten, müssen aber dazu sagen, dass wir französisch sprechen (also keine Erfahrungswerte wie es im Englischen klappen würde). Die Extras in dem Haus sind klasse. Da es zwei Räder gibt und wir eins mitgebracht haben, mussten wir nur noch ein Kinderfahrrad ausleihen (2 Wochen 60€. Es gibt Rabatt, wenn man in der Anlage wohnt). So kann man - bis auf eventuelle Ausflüge - die Zeit autofrei genießen. Es gibt viele Spiele (auf französisch, aber vieles erklärt sich von selbst) ein gutes Sortiment an Buddelsachen, eine wunderbare Strandliege und Sonnenschirme. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr feucht. Wir wissen nicht, ob das für diese Zeit normal ist, aber normalerweise kennen wir das so von der Atlantikküste nicht. Es war Abends so klamm, dass wir drinnen die hübsche elektrische Kaminheizung anmachen mussten. Während der ersten Hitzewelle, die Moliets nicht wirklich erreicht hat (35°C), war es so feucht, dass der gesamte Fliesenboden nass und auch nicht zu trocknen war. Große Rutschgefahr. Vielleicht ist das aber auch das spezielle Klima einer Golfanlage im Süden. Nicht nur das Green wurde gesprengt, sondern auch jede Nacht Wiese, Bäume und Büsche. Der (etwas ältere) Pool war ein weiteres Highlight, wenn wir mal keine Lust auf den Strand hatten. Alles in allem trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Un séjour exceptionnel malgré un temps froid inhabituel pour les Landes

Nous avons passé un super(be) séjour dans la maison de Sylvie et Olivier. Décorée avec goût, bien chauffée et équipée, à deux pas du réseau des chemins forestiers et des pistes cyclables, à trois d'une magnifique plage, nous avons même pu profiter d'une journée supplémentaire offerte en raison d'une arrivée tardive ! C'est tout à l'honneur de nos hôtes qui sont très à l'écoute ! Nous conseillons donc vivement cette location en toute saison.
