Beautiful Basque style house on the edge of the golf course and close to the beach

Pretty semi-detached villa located in the holiday village "les villas du golf" of Moliets, very close to the "cork oak" beach and in the middle of the golf courses
You can take your meals and enjoy its beautiful environment thanks to its shaded terrace
Upstairs 2 independent BEDROOMS and bathroom
 
With the following composition:
Living room / kitchen: 1 single sofa bed, TV screen, SOUTH terrace
American kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, storage cupboard, South Balcony
Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed) storage cupboard
Bathroom: 1 bath / shower, sink
Entrance with separate WC on the ground floor
Clearance with Cupboard.
15 m2 terrace with garden furniture: table, chairs and deckchair,
private green space
Final cleaning and sheets included in July and August
