Spring is here and summer is just around the corner. With longer and warmer days finally here, it’s the perfect time to plan your getaway! Wake up to crashing waves and panoramic ocean views in this stunning two-story beach house. Steps from Devil’s Kitchen and a short drive to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, enjoy beautiful beaches, a sunlit balcony, open living space, and endless coastal charm. Tee times and prime dates fill fast — book your unforgettable escape today!
With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests plus a child or infant. All bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs, including the master suite with a king bed and a private bath featuring a walk-in shower. Two additional rooms offer queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes a queen futon. A spacious full bath with a tub/shower combo serves the other bedrooms.
The 3-car garage provides plenty of storage space for golf clubs, while the large driveway offers flat RV or boat parking. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright open layout with a generous dining area, a cozy living room, and a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking meals or mixing drinks. Step out onto the balcony/deck to relax and take in ocean views.
For indoor fun, the upstairs Wii gaming area is ready for some friendly competition. Best of all, Devils Kitchen Beach is just a short 0.25-mile walk from the home.

We loved the stay at this beautiful property. I have to say it was better than we imagined. Close by to take a nice walk on beach. The beds were very comfortable and the large living room was great for all of us to gather and enjoy the views of ocean and sunsets.

Great place to stay!

The property was great. Just know that the bedrooms are downstairs, and the kitchen and day room are upstairs. If you have a hard time with climbing stairs, (there are 17 of them), keep that in mind when reserving. The property is very clean with nice appliances, and everything you need for cooking and entertainment. Beds are comfortable with all the linens and towels you will need. It's a short walk to the beach, with tide pools to visit at low tide. Bandon is a great place to visit with lots of restaurants and shops to explore, plus the docks for crabbing and just walking around. Blue Heron is a great property, and the hosts are easy to communicate with. It was a great time!

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The host’s communication was prompt and helpful from the moment we booked, with clear instructions and even weather-related tips to ensure a smooth arrival. The home matched the listing perfectly. Bedrooms are located downstairs, while the kitchen, dining area, living room, and family room are upstairs, along with a half bath. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from cookware and bakeware to towels, laundry supplies, and even both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The internet was reliable, and the smart TV made it easy to stream using our own accounts. The host’s attention to detail really stood out. A binder provided check-out instructions and house guidelines, and framed notes throughout the home offered helpful reminders. There were also recommendations for local restaurants and grocery stores, plus brochures for nearby activities. Thoughtful extras like games, DVDs, and binoculars made it feel like more than just a place to sleep. Beach access is a short walk away via a path between homes that leads to the state park. It’s not clearly marked, but easy to find during the day—and the beach itself is lovely. We stayed here to reconnect as a family from different parts of the country, and everyone had a great time. The home, location, amenities, and host were all excellent. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay again!

Very nice, great location, access to beach, views. The 3 bedrooms were great, the 4th was a bit small with twin bed - hard for 4 gentlemen on a golf vacation, so we drew straws - and he did not complain at all - so I guess not as much of an issue.

Our stay at the Blue Heron Guest House was perfect! Everything was sparkling clean, house was beautiful, and it was a wonderful location. My friends and I were in town for some golf and this house was a great retreat for us. Will definitely stay here the next time were are in Bandon!

The house is beautiful and a short walk from the beach, which at low tide has wonderful ocean creatures to see. We had a couple of issues but Alexis was right on top of the one she could solve and by the evening it was taken care of. We were confused about the description of the fourth bedroom, which was that it had twin beds. What it actually has is a twin bed with a trundle bed, which we couldn't get pulled out. We needed to have two actual twin beds, but with some shifting of gals, it all worked out. My recommendation is to get bunk beds for the room. Alexis was very sympathetic about the beds and was gracious with my venting (not loudly of course). Overall, we had a very nice time and would love to stay at Blue Heron again.
