New house, for 6 to 8 people, 500 m from the most beautiful beach on the island.
Quiet house served by a private driveway with enclosed garden.
Located on the edge of the typical village of Chaucre and near the country markets of neighboring villages (Domino, Chéray, Brée les Bains).
Access on foot in 4 minutes to the ocean. Vast sandy beach for several kilometers. Beautiful dunes by the beach with magnificent panoramic views (up to the Chassiron lighthouse). Surf spot. Surf, sailing and diving schools 5 minutes away.

Single storey house of 80 m² living space, bright, fully equipped:

All in all it was a perfect location, only weakness was to find in the kitchen equipment...the plats were strucked, and the deep plates were missing, but 5 stars are deserved 🙂

Prachtig huis in rustige buurt op mooi eiland

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie Oleronse huis vlakbij het strand en Surfschool. Fietsen waren ook heel fijn erbij.

Das Haus ist richtig gut eingerichtet, sogar die Küche hat eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Lage und Garten waren für uns perfekt. Das einzige was gar nicht geht war das Sofa, bei dem die Seitenlehne wohl schon mehrfach versucht wurde wieder festzunageln. Unter das Tuch, dass drüber liegt sollte man besser auch nicht schauen…

Wunderschöne Tage auf der Insel

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen und Bildern. Typisches französisches Ferienhaus. Bestens für Familien geeignet. Da nur ein DuschBad und eine Toilette vorhanden sind wird es für verschiedene „Gruppen“ schwierig. Durch den eingezäunten Garten konnten wir auch unseren willkommenen Hund frei laufen lassen. Bestechend ist die Nähe zu dem schönen weitläufigen Strand. Zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen benötigt man das Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wunderbares Haus auf wunderbarer Insel!

Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt! Und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder! Der Ozean ist vor der Tür und das Haus und der Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Menschen, die wir kennen lernen durften waren sehr freundlich.

Un lieu paisible

Ruhig, erholsam, naturnah

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, hell und sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben in Küche und Bad alles vorgefunden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund einfach laufen lassen konnten. Auf der Terasse sind schöne Gartenmöbel: Tisch, Stühle und zwei Liegestühle. Die Terasse ist für die Hauptwindrichtung windgeschützt. Der sehr schöne Strand von Chaucre ist sehr schnell über einen idyllischen Dünenweg zu erreichen. Für Hundebesitzer eventuell wichtig: von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September dürfen Hunde an diesen Strand nur bis 9:00 h sein und dann ab 20:00 h wieder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einfach mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé 4 jours à la Chaucre, et nous sommes unanimes pour dire que c'était bien trop court. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. La maison est parfaitement placée, très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons eu besoin de prendre contact avec le propriétaire au cours du séjour, sur un jour férié, et nous avons eu un échange très réactif et cordial. Bref, nous sommes ravis de cette bouffée d'oxygène en famille !

Météo mitigée mais séjour agréable grâce à la proximité de la plage par un chemin naturel peu fréquenté et très arboré!la maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle.je recommande aux amateurs de tranquillité!

La maison est conforme à la description, pas de mauvaise surprise. Très propre et très bien située car en 5 minutes vous êtes à la plage. Rien ne manque ni dans la cuisine ni dans la maison. Nous sommes très satisfaits et renouvellerons l'expérience.

Gîte très bien

Malgré le temps pluvieux, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Me gîte est super bien équipé et grand. Placé a 200m de la plage (accès directe). Après Chaucre n'est pas animé du tout, ya pas grand chose. Mais si vous cherchez le calme, je pense que c'est l'endroit idéal. Le phare de Chassiron à 8kms en vélo se fait bien et c'est superbe. On est allé aussi jusqu'à Boyardville en vélo avec une bonne partie en piste cyclables, c'était très bien. La plage est superbe.

superbe location emplacement calme à 10 minutes de la plage nous avons passé 3 semaines sur cette ile magnifique qui reste sauvage. nous reviendrons surement dans cette maison à conseiller.
