Katherine took great care of the place for her 12 day stay and is certainly welcome back anytime. She obeyed all house rules and was as quiet as a mouse!

Be aware that this is not an honest person. The unit was rented for ONE person - at times there were 4 people. When send a payment request - with this - she denied it. We have outside security which shows all these people staying there over the 4th of July weekend, and SHE was one of the people staying there and she denied it. I don't want to argue with a quest - so after she denied on how many guests there were - I felt it was best to let her lies go and settle with payment for less guests. Be aware that it states in house rules about visiting hours and overnight guests would be charged $50. As far as spiders go - one of the reasons why people rent this unit is because it has a 10ft x10ft sliding door that opens up to a tropical garden deck. Once in a while a bug may come in if you don't close the screen door. - How can that be our fault? It's obvious in the description and photos that the inside and the outside become one - that's why people rent this unit. She is talking like there was a spider infestation - by no means was that true - but I paid an exterminator to go there and spray with organic sprays and essential oils. My belief is - she was trying to get a discount by making false claims. By the way - the tenant was not her - but her very young daughter and when she entertained her friends - they had no regards for the noise coming back very late. We didn't complain as we didn't want to "rock the boat". Would I rent to them again - no way! Be aware - that some guests just aren't honest and will complain to gets discounts after the fact!

Cherrelle came to stay at my Garden Guest unit during the pandemic. It is located inside a park and as pictured - it is surrounded by trees and greenery. Right off the bat - she complained that she is afraid of spiders and she felt that the drapes etc - might have spiders in them. To appease her - I had a deep cleaning done including cleaning all the drapes and carpet and I refunded her 2 days worth of rent. This was out of the goodness of my heart - I didn't have to give her a refund or do this deep cleaning at all. Why anyone would think that there would not be bugs in a park like setting is beyond me. She was also supposed to abide by rules and have NO GUESTS at all as everyone in this city was to not to associate with anyone outside of their immediate household. Prior to every rental - we STERILIZE the unit and all common areas with Commercial OZONE - yet on many occasions she had guests there AND a lot of times - they were NOT wearing face masks - which there are signs both entering the common area as well as on the door as you leave the apartment itself to walk through the common area. Bottom line - I bent over backwards to take care of Cherrelle and I felt she disrespected my rental as well as my good nature. To say the least - I was very disappointed and because of my age and my health - I need to be as careful regarding a sterile environment during the age of Covid 19. She had guests coming in and out at all times of the DAY and NIGHT and now she leaves me a bad review???? How insulting! Needless to say - she is NOT welcome back here again!

Jeanie is the kind of Guest that Hosts dream of. She was quiet, clean and no trouble at all. She followed all the house rules and I hardly knew she was there. I welcome here back at anytime!

Matt - the place REAKED of marijuana - there is no way that you didn't smoke inside, Your review is unfair - and even though you broke the house rules - I STILL gave you a good review. Rated it with 1 star because YOU broke the rules is just WRONG - the review is for the place - NOT anything else! VERY UNFAIR!
