We stayed at this property in July 2026 i would like to leave my best honest review in as much detail for others.Villa is stunning and pictures do not do it justice. Carmina our host was really helpfull the whole way through our stay. You are 9 minutes frim Burger King in San Antonio, 5 mins in a car to Cala Bassa beach and 22 mins from the airport. You are a 15 minute walk to the closest beach however it is all uphill on the way back. The beach is lovely but note that they do not have standard loungers. The loungers belong to the restaurants and they are 100euro and that only inclused the bed and a jug of sangria. Taxis were a NIGHTMARE if you are not big drinkers hire a car, i have been visiting ibiza for 20 years and never seen taxis so bad we missed a lot of things due to no taxis. Pool guy visitited 3-4 times during our 2 week stay, at one visit we could not get in the pool for 2 hrs which was a pain. other times we just had to wait 30 mins. cleaner came hald way through stay which was great. the small room with bunk beds is well cooled with a fan so dont worry about it not having air con. aircon in the whole villa was fab! i would stay here again! Thank you

Beautiful villa. The pool area in particular was fantastic.Lots of space for our group of 11.Supermarket and cafe's about 5-10 mins walk away.Beach about 20 mins walk away.The manager Carolina was very helpful and had very good communications with us.

Brilliant stay

Brilliant stay, the villa is as per pictures and location is ideal, not too far from the cities yet in a very quiet area. The local supermarket is very handy, the people managing the house were extremely friendly. Only thing to say is that the downstairs room is a downgrade from the rest of the rooms.

Great villa for group holiday

We stayed for our daughters 18th with family aged between 14 and 70. The villa was really lovely and spacious and had more than enough space for 12 of us. Location was great as there’s a supermarket within a 10 min walk and a lovely beach within 15 mins with multiple bars and restaurants so no car was needed. Taxis was a bit of an issue but this is a general thing in Ibiza, we walked down to the hotel in town to get taxi and picked them up from there. The pool was lovely and really big and the host was very helpful whenever we had any issues - would definitely come back and recommend to large parties with Different age gross

Great Large Villa with lovely Timber Features

We stayed to celebrate big birthdays with our 3 adult children and their spouses plus our 3 grandsons aged 4,2,1.(11 in total) The villa was perfect for this and we were ALL able to sleep in the main villa. The villa and grounds are large - the pictures cannot show this effectively. We arrived early and saw a full team of cleaners and gardener preparing for us. The villa is slightly rural but within easy walking distance to a good supermarket, and 2 excellent cafe / restaurants (10/15 min walk), and not far from the beach (30 min walk). Car hire is recommended (especially with young children and Ibizan heat). Cars can be parked off-road behind an electric gate. From the front door, you enter a large, roomy lounge with good seating areas and big dining table. The bedrooms are on 2 wings either side of the lounge - 1 twin, 1 double plus WC and full bathroom each side. Off one side of the lounge is a good if dated kitchen with huge fridge/freezer. Off the other side of the lounge is a small room with bunk beds (no air-con). 2 cots and high chair were provided. All bedrooms and the lounge have excellent air-conditioning. A patio door leads to a large terrace leading down to the huge pool and gardens. We spent a lot of our time in the lovely pool! Some lovely garden areas to relax, with covered bar and further fridge/freezer nearby. The very large basement has a washing machine. Special thanks to villa manager Carolina who answered all our queries/issues very promptly. Recommended

Overall, every area needed a good clean & refresh. 1 double bedroom downstairs was uninhabitable due to lack of air con (as was the entire basement, comprising gym & games room). A portable unit dangling across the shower cubicle was inadequate. Games room has seen better days; no balls for table tennis/Fussball and pool cues lacked tips. Cleanliness was below average throughout. We had ants in the kitchen which we were advised to repel using lemon juice & water; a ‘cleaner’ was sent out to disinfect but this made little difference. We resorted to shutting food in the microwave/oven in order to avoid throwing half-consumed packets away, which we did have to do on a number of occasions. Outside, 2 of the 7 plastic sunbeds were broken beyond use upon arrival. I took photos & let the manager know. She assured me that new ones would be bought the following day; these never turned up. When contacted about the issues, the villa manager was quick to apologise said she’d rushed to make the villa ready for earlier check-in. We had not requested this and would’ve rather waited until the advertised check-in time if it meant less oversights as these were generally things that could/should have been remedied easily. In summary, this villa does not match the price asked of it. The photographs on the listing need updating and the description needs to be clearer. This villa has the potential to be really good, but unfortunately, it has been allowed to get run down.

Overall really good. Kids loved it. Location was great if you had a car although there was a bus stop nearby. Great open space, great pool. A little bit run down in areas, could do with a touch of TLC but still a great spot, just even better potential. Host was great, really attentive. Would consider coming back.

Heerlijke verblijf gehad in een fijne villa

De villa is wat verouderd en hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud maar dat neemt niet weg dat we ene eerlijk verblijf hebben gehad. De ruimtes zijn heerlijk en het zwembad helemaal top. Elke dag kwam "the poolman" het water checken en ervoor zorgen dat het water kraakhelder was. Over de host zijn we ook zeer tevreden. Wat ons betreft gaan we volgend jaar weer met het hele gezin! (12 man en een kind van 4)

la casa ha una buona potenzialità ma necessita di manutenzioni straordinaria (materassi, cucina, santificazione per ambienti con odore di muffe al piano interrato) inoltre vengono comunicate camere letto che si trovano in piano interrato. Abbiamo avuto problemi di acqua calda, negli ultimi. giorni, ma soprattutto gli armadi e i letti come pure la cucina hanno odore di muffa.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Villa ist sehr schön. An der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben 4 Zimmer im Haupthaus belegt und die waren sehr gut. Gute Betten. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Leider war es für das eine Badezimmer in einer Woche nicht möglich den Wasserhahn zu reparieren. Somit konnte man das Waschbecken nicht nutzen. Der Pool ist super schön und die überdachte Terrasse schützt sehr gut gegen die Sonne. Leider waren am Pool nur zwei kleine Schirme und die Sonnenliegen zur Hälfte defekt. Ansonsten haben wir in der Villa eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Amazing family holiday beautiful Villa

The villa is beautiful !! The location is perfect the pictures do not do it justice. The pool is beautiful and really big ! we loved the fabulous outside eating area with the swing in the evening . There is plenty of facilities large fridges indoor and outdoors everything you would need . We were a family of 10 with a teenager and 2 year old and they loved it . We had great communication with the owner who helped resolve any issues that arrived promptly. We would stay again !.

Schöne Villa mit makeln

Generell schönes Haus und auf den ersten Blick sehr toll, allerdings ist das Haus an vielen Ecken sehr abgewohnt und es ist eine Menge kaputt. Das Personal hat sich versucht um alle Belange zu kümmern aber stieß an seine Grenzen. Wir hatten 1,5 Tage kein Wasser und mussten auf einen Tank warten der lange auf sich warten ließ. Die Außendusche konnte zum Schluss nicht in Gang gesetzt werden und ein Zimmer im Keller war unbenutzbar. Viele kleine Mängel in den Bädern oder eben einfach über ihrem Zeitwert. Wir haben es uns trotzdem schön gemacht und beim check out wurde bei vielem dann ein Auge zu gedrückt, da wir ja zB für den Abwasch eben auch kein Wasser hatten… zu empfehlen für Party Urlaub.

Very nice family villa. Perfect for our family of 9 adults and 3 children

Overall the villa was perfect for us. Really great pool. Nice gardens. Sleeping and toilet/shower/bath arrangements good set up. The description and pictures of the property on website were accurate. Very nice setup in the basement which included small gym, large smart TV, games room, which all worked great for our children. On the down side there were a number of things around the villa which were in need of maintenance/repairs ( eg. children’s garden play equipment). Also closest beech is 5 - 10 mins by car definitely not walking distance if with children. The small out house is nice but has no air conditioning and so gets very hot at night for sleeping. Overall however it was very nice, well supported by property manager and other colleagues. I would recommend this villa to a friend and I would stay here again

Schönes Haus in top Lage

Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und Manuel - der sich vor Ort um alles gekümmert hat, war einwandfrei, unkompliziert und super freundlich. Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz. Die Utensilien sind etwas veraltet- Gasherd- aber funktioniert trotzdem alles. Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten um sich zu beschäftigen und der Pool war einfach super. Man kann hier ungestört auch mit Musik viele Stunden verbringen. Die Lage ist auch super - etwas abgelegen, sodass man auch mal etwas lauter sein kann. Trotzdem nahe der schönen Strände gelegen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Mit weinigen Handgriffen hätte es speziell im Außenbreich besser ausgesehen.

Als erstes vorweg. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 11 Personen und am Ende waren wir bedingt zufrieden. Beim Checkin hat sich direkt herausgestellt, dass unsere Gruppe die erste nach der Winterpause war. In der Küche wurde noch ein neuer Gasherd installiert, die Spülmaschine war noch mit Geschirr bestückt, der Fernseher, bzw. Satelittenschüssel funktionierte nicht, der vorhanden Safe musste erneuert werden, der Kühlschrank in der Außenküche war defekt und der Außenbereich ließ optisch zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem wir dies alles reklamiert hatten, wurde es so gut es ging verbessert. Dies hat allerdings einige Tage gedauert. Ein großes Lob gehen an Sinca und Manu die ihr bestes gegeben haben um die vorhanden Mängel zu beheben. Fazit: Trotz der beschriebenen Mängel haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Wie gesagt mit ein paar Handgriffen hätte man die Mängel vor unsere Anreise beheben können und dann wäre unser Eindruck und die Bewertung besser ausgefallen.

We have decided to rent this property since we live here for the rest of the year, and in summer we prefer to visit the mountains.

What makes this property unique

The house is very big, in a comfortable area, close to the nicest beaches and all the local businesses. The closest supermarket is at 500 metre, the Cala Bassa beach club is at 800 metre, and the San Jose tennis club is at 5 km. Moreover, we find the tavern with billiard and table tennis indispensable for our kids that like to play a lot. The sea view is also another wonderful characteristic, and the view of the sunsets in the evening will always be pleasant.
