Spanish Springs area Courtyard Villa w/Golf Cart & Clubs
Professionally decorated courtyard villa with gas golf cart, within walking distance of Spanish Springs Town Square. If you can walk one lap around your local high school track, you'd be downtown in Spanish Springs and a few more steps would put you on the dance floor at the Town Square.
The second bedroom is set up as a den. The Lay-Z-Boy sleeper sofa with high quality air mattress converts the room into a bedroom, when needed.
We have 'cut the cables' so the home does not have a telephone or cable TV. We use high speed internet and the TVs have streaming devices. Subscriptions to Netflix and a live streaming TV service provide thousands of movies and TV series plus live sports and news at your finger tips. Both subscriptions are included in the rent.
