One hour away from Disney World, Universal, and other Orlando attractions.

Three bedroom ranch 1400 sq ft. Master has attached closet and Bathroom. Second and third bedroom share a bathroom in between. Fully furnished with WIFI, 3TV's, Fully equipped Kitchen and utensils. No Pets.

Pleasant home for a week long stay. Each bedroom contains a queen size bed, 1 does not contain 2 twin beds as indicated on the listing.

Perfect location for us

My husband & I were visiting family in The Villages, & Len's place was only about a mile away, which made it very convenient. House was well stocked. Good AC. Plenty of hot water. Good water pressure in the showers. Nice neighborhood & neighbors, too.

Dirty! We had to go to Walmart right away and purchase supplies to clean and wipe everything down. Hard to describe how dirty it was. Golf cart had no gas. Owner said there was a can in the garage. There was, but empty as well. Never used the cart. The whole stay was disappointing.

Host/Len was very nice and welcoming - showed us around the house and pointed out where things were. HOWEVER, the house was not what I would consider "rentably clean". It was abundantly clear that there is no house cleaner - no cleaner, ever, would leave toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror, the floors and countertops gritty, grease on the stove top, or black fingerprints around cabinet door handles. When I went to change a pillow case - the very used, underlying pillow had blood stains on it (eek!! We went out and bought our own new.) One other issue was the golf cart - while it was great to drive around in, it can't be used for golf!! There's a big tool box attached to the back where clubs would go. We had to borrow a cart to use for golfing. The location/neighborhood of the house is wonderful and convenient to all kinds of activities - The Villages is fantastic, but this house is not.

Great house

The stay was wonderful. I have friends in the area, so I was really just there to sleep. I didn’t get the best instructions about activities and such, but the owner and I have talked that through. I gave direct feedback on what I thought would help in the future. Otherwise, the place was exactly what I needed.

I am a senior citizen who lives in the home 6 months , (Nov-April) and makes it available the rest of the year. The villages has over 700 holes of golf, 100 pools, seventy Tennis Courts, 150 pickleball courts, shuffleboard, Corn Toss, 20 Pool halls, Bocci ball courts, sand volleyball courts, just to name a few of the free activities, including equipment to play.

Why they chose this property

It is an active adult community with free outdoor entertainment every night. It is an hour trip to Disney, Universal, and most other Orlando entertainment.
