It was such a relief from the cold in the Ozarks. It still was a little cold but such a relief from 20 degrees. Lol The condo could not have been any better. We felt right at home.

Perdido Sun

Love Perdido Sun condos! For this specific condo we wished the patio furniture was taller to be able to sit out and have a better view. The single bathroom also had a rocky toilet so that was a bit of a bother but overall condo was great and bed was comfy!

room was excellent - location was excellent - pool and hot tub was not open - would not have made a difference on whether we stayed or not - no young kids, but would like to have known - was not lied to just wasn't informed so ask all questions don't just assume - i would stay here again - beach chair service was excellent.

Nice condo!

I would only recommend getting a better couch. Watching tv at night was not very comfortable. Other than the couch the condo was very nice!

Broke my foot 5 hrs after arriving from Murphy bed in our room

Nice property . Jus not good experience due to breaking my foot in three spots from the Murphy bed in our room . It collapsed on top of my foot . After only being on vacation for 5 hours.

Enjoyable weekend getaway

I would give our stay 5 stars except the smell.... which was attempted to be remedied multiple times but was not fully resolved. The smell was mildew and then once they cleaned the air conditioning unit it was mildew and cleaner. Overall though our stay was nice, I don’t want to give a “bad review” just the smell was frustrating. The condo is perfect for a family of four, had everything we needed. the maintenance staff did try to fix the problem it just was never resolved

Property was fine condo fine except for the bed. Low rent pathetic excuse Bed had a mattress topper wth sheet over it. Sheet would not stay fitted ard existing mattress Basically didnt sleep at all. Glad its over

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It had a nice mattress. The beach service was excellent! Our guy was Michael and, in spite of walking miles down the beach every day, he took good care of us.

Nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was nicely decorated & comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to prepare meals. There were even charging stations available throughout the condo which was very handy. My husband & I have been staying at the Perdido Sun for years, but this was our first trip staying in this unit. We will definitely stay here again. First unit we stayed in that had a ceiling fan in the bedroom. One very small complaint- the balcony door makes a horrible noise when you open & close it.
