The living area includes comfortable yet stylish furnishings, hosting a designer micro suede sofa with a built in queen sleeper boasting a new memory foam mattress, a new flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining area offers an elegant table seating 4. The unit also has a new Murphy bed that is great for children, and allows the unit to sleep a total of 6 people! You will certainly indulge in some much needed rest and relaxation in the master retreat, boasting a contemporary king bed with a premium mattress set and high thread count linens. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there , beautiful condo and access from the beach .

Condo 214 was perfect for us , my wife was smiling and very pleased . We would rent it again, the bed was very comfortable and a clean atmosphere .

This condo on the 2nd floor was perfect…it was clean and smelled nice! It was so convenient to walk a couple of stairs or ride elevator down to the pool and beach access. Loved the view from our deck. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were nice. Bed was comfy and AC worked great! Only thing that would have been super nice is if they could have supplied a couple of boxes of tissues and a couple of bottles of hand soap.
We enjoyed relaxing on our deck…you could be in shade or sun…breeze keeps you cool.
After being on the beach, it was great to walk up to pool…there was a great place to rinse off the sand…then jump into the cool water in the pool.
The view was beautiful!
Super easy access to the beach…beach chairs, toys, mats already available in closet!

My fiancé and I have stayed in several units in the facility. Since his passing this is the first trip, knew the facility was very family friendly and perfectly situated for great views of the Gulf.

Great property

We have stayed at the Perdido Sun many times and have stayed in this unit before. Everything still looks just as nice as when we stayed a few years back. Only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed due to COVID restrictions which is understandable, but would have liked to have known this ahead of time.

Great weekend getaway!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Unfortunately the indoor pool wasn’t open due to ongoing construction, but the kids enjoyed the other pool instead. The Murphy bed is a great space maximizer and made giving each kid their own bed possible. Would stay here again!

Great location!

This place was exactly as described. Great location. Our weather was not the greatest, coming from Michigan we hoped to have a little warmer weather. But the advantage was the area…we drove to gulf shores one day, visited Flora Bama a few days, the live music every day was a bonus. We visited Orange Beach, Pensacola Beach, the Naval Musueum. Everything 35 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby! Would definitely return!

Perfect getaway!

This property was as advertised, clean and just what we needed for a girls trip to Florida! Had plenty of blankets and linens for the two of us who slept on the beds in the living room (pull out and Murphy bed). Only thing I would suggest to the property manager would be replacing the pull out mattress as it was a little flat and noisy. But, the Murphy bed was GREAT! Would stay here again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our time here at Perdido Sun - condo was perfect. Beach view was my favorite. I enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach every morning. Our 2 boys LOVED the murphy bed! Beds were very comfortable as well. Kitchen stocked with everything you will need. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, no items can be left behind or shared so be sure to bring items like coffee filters and salt/pepper/seasoning! Parking is pretty limited. Overflow parking is across the street, which can be inconvenient during rain but we only had to park there 1 night so it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend staying here to friends/family. Thanks for sharing your place!!
