A romantic getaway cabin at a value price. Get 5 star service at value pricing when you stay at Hanky Panky managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals. An en-suite heart shaped tub in the first floor suite creates a romantic environment. The lower level game room features a pool table. While this cabin is the perfect for a romantic getaway, a futon is available in the lower level game room and accommodate two kids.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Great communication with host. I had trouble getting into the place when I first arrived. I reached out to the host via text and they responded quickly about the manner and was able to resolve it. We really loved how quiet the area was. Each homes in the area were gorgeous and we were making future plans to come back and stay with them again! Love the hot tub was a great amenity to use while it was crispy cold during our weekend!

They say they drain and refill the hot tub after each stay. Sadly within 48hrs of returning home, both of us had Hot Tub rash. The Hot Tub has not been cleaned and treated properly.

The only complaint would be there was no extra toilet paper or towels available in the cabin. This could have very well been an oversight. The bed mattress was extremely hard. I know some folks like a very firm mattress but I cannot sleep on one. My fault for not asking what type of mattress was in the cabin. We had a fantastic time and will use Elk Springs again in the future.
