Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cabin and appreciated the convenient location close to all the local attractions. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
Cabin served us well during our stay. Layout is perfectly suited for multi-generational families. First floor bedroom is well appointed with en suite bathroom. Lower level is spacious for parents with a King bed and adjoining room bunks for the kids. Bath with shower and whirlpool tub is very convenient. Both levels have private balconies for seating. Although we did not use, hot tub was clean, hot and ready. Cabin location is well-placed for trips to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge or Townsend. Pawpaws Kitchen is very close for the best catfish meal around. Enjoyed our stay and think you will too.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear the layout worked well for your group—having that separation between levels really does make a difference for multi-generational stays.
It’s great to know you found the cabin comfortable and well-appointed, and that everything—from the hot tub to the private balconies—added to your experience, even if you didn’t get a chance to use it all. Sounds like you made the most of the location too—being close to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Townsend is always a plus (and Pawpaw’s Kitchen is definitely a local favorite!).
We truly appreciate you staying with us and sharing your experience, and we’d love to host you again on your next trip to the Smokies!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was so clean, and loved having the linen and towels provided. We liked having the starter welcome kit which included paper towels, dish, hand soap, and toilet paper. The downstairs suite was very nice and spacious. The upstairs bed has its issues as other reviews have previously stated. The bed frame is unstable and the legs appear bent. The unstableness of the bed makes it very loud when you sit or even roll over in bed. I didn't call maintenance because the only thing to fix this issue would be to replace the frame. We did not use the hot tub on this trip, but it appeared clean as well. Overall, this is a very nice cabin and I would recommend it as long as small kids were sleeping on the upstairs bed. It is close enough to pigeon forge, but gives a remote feel being tucked away in the in the beautiful wooded smokey mountains!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the cabin clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with the starter items—it’s great to know those details made a difference for you. We’re also happy you enjoyed the spacious downstairs suite and the peaceful, tucked-away location.
We do appreciate you bringing the upstairs bed frame to our attention. That’s definitely something we’ll have our maintenance team take a closer look at, as it should be stable and comfortable for all guests.
Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to host you again on your next trip to the Smokies!
Great location that is tucked away in the mountains with tons to do in the cabin and 15-20minutes from all the attractions to keep those little ones busy!
Perfect Getaway! The cabin was clean, fully stocked, comfortable bed, easy assess to town, beautiful views & our favorite part was the hot tub and the game loft! The hot tub was perfect way to relax at night, temperature was perfect for the cold/snowy nights we had during our stay. Check in was easy & the property owners were wonderful, fast reply when I had questions with the storm warning and road closures upon our arrival. Definitely recommend!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cabin, the hot tub, and the game loft—sounds like the perfect cozy getaway! We’re glad check-in was easy and that we could assist during the storm. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
The cabin is gorgeous, and the parking was great. The rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The road to get to the cabin is a bit sketchy. It only has room for one car and is very steep. I would still recommend as a great place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the cabin, found the rooms comfortable, and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The road is indeed a typical mountain drive—narrow and steep—but it leads to a beautiful and secluded setting. We’re happy to hear you’d still recommend the cabin as a great place to stay!
We had such a great time in this cabin! It was very clean and we had everything we needed to get started with our vacation. They even had little bottles of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for extra supplies, which I have never had happen at a cabin stay in Gatlinburg before. Nice and very kind touch! I would 100% stay here again and we were super bummed to have to leave at the end of our stay.

We had an issue with the bed on the main floor, it was broken in the middle, we notified host and it was taken care of right away. We enjoyed the game room upstairs and the multiple balconies. We did not use the hot tub, it was not very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your review. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the kids enjoyed the game room. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future.
Overall the cabin was just okay. The upstairs bedroom bed was not the most comfortable. And it was very squeaky and loud. Bed downstairs and bunks were much more comfortable. Absolutely no storage in the kitchen for food. We cook a lot and had to use the countertop in an already tight kitchen to place all food that wasn’t refrigerated. Also, the pots and pans provided were not large enough to make food for the six of us. Red door did bring more for us mid week. The sofas and outdoor furniture were definitely old and have seen better days. The outdoor patio seats were pealing and paint flakes were coming off and sticking to us. Bathrooms could use a major deep clean. Basement bathroom smelled musty. Hut tub worked well but could also use a good deep cleaning. We really enjoyed the game room! We’ve stayed in this area many times over the years and spent a lot less and gotten more bang for our buck, including more square footage. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t book this cabin in the future. For the cost, we expected more. Also, with four adults and two young children (9 & 7) the space felt very cramped.

Thank you for your feedback—we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the game room and that the hot tub worked well during your stay. We do want to clarify that during your stay, the only concerns brought to our attention were on March 23rd at approximately 8:30 PM, regarding the trash can and the need for additional pots and pans. Our team responded promptly and delivered those requested items the following morning on March 24th.
We always strive to address any issues as quickly as possible; however, we can only assist with concerns that are communicated to us during the stay. Had we been made aware of the additional items mentioned in your review, we would have been happy to work toward a resolution at that time.
Regarding the kitchen, the cabinet space and layout are accurately reflected in the listing photos so guests can plan accordingly. We understand that preferences for space, furnishings, and bedding comfort can vary, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to review and improve the property.
Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your experience.
Thank you for your review! We are thrilled to hear that the cabin was perfect for you. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future!
The cabin layout was perfect for our family. The kids nook in the downstairs bedroom made nights so easy with two littles. The location was close enough to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making traveling to activities a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s great to know you found the location convenient for exploring both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay!
The property manager was very prompt with her replies to any questions that I had. The property was just as it was online very clean and perfect for us. The game room was very fun with the pool table, video game console with old school games, and the shuffleboard was the selling point as we loved a place we had before that had a shuffleboard. I thoroughly enjoyed beating him!! We also choose the place being pet friendly. The property is on a hill and I got my workout times in walking my dog up and down the hill which was a plus. We would definitely come back.
