This condo is the perfect place for your island getaway.

THE PROPERTY
Inside our 2BR / 3 full bath villa, you will be able to enjoy a cozy master bedroom with a king bed, and private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom is just as cozy with a queen bed, private bath, plus a private outdoor entry. The living room sofa has a pullout bed for 2 additional guests. Enjoy the recently updated kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances. The dining area looks out over the beautiful back patio where you are steps away from the community pool (which is open April 01 - Oct31). You will also be able to enjoy several modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV’s and cable .

THE LOCATION
You will absolutely love the location of our villa – right in the center of Hilton Head’s favorite beach area! Coligny beach, the many shops of Coligny Plaza, grocery stores and some great restaurants are all within walking distance. Coligny beach park offers outdoor showers, changing rooms, and several lounging options – the perfect amenities that elevate a day of sand-filled fun! When you get hungry, simply roam through Coligny Plaza, directly across the street from the beach. You will find an abundance of restaurants such as Crave by Daniel's, The Porch Southern Kitchen and Bar, and Big Bamboo Cafe. Also in the plaza are various shops, a movie theater, and bike rental stores!

The long-awaited Lowcounry Celebration Park is now open! Just steps away from Beach Arbor Condos the gorgeous new park has a wonderful playground for young children as well as a large field for kids to run and play. The park will also host several concerts and festivals – starting in the summer of 2021.


THE BEACH
Walking to the beach is just a short walk (approx. 5 min.) down the street and across South Forest Beach drive. Coligny Beach Park is just a couple of minutes further walk and has clean restrooms and bike racks if you chose to ride your bike. We provide 3 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for your use. We also provide several beach towels you are free to use but ask that you wash/dry them before your departure as the cleaning service does not include beach towels.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT POLICY
On your scheduled day of arrival, you may check-in any time after 4:00 p.m. On your scheduled date of departure, check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please make sure the dates on your confirmation are correct. To allow adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest, late check-outs are generally not permitted. Should you arrive early on your scheduled arrival date, you might want to enjoy the beach or walk around Coligny Plaza.
