Sunny 3-bedroom 2 bath family friendly unit. Tucked away on an end unit in building 1, close to shop, restaurant and beach. Recently renovated and updated with fully equipped kitchen, new second bathroom and updates to bedrooms including smart TVs in every room sure to relax and soothe. Screened balcony with spacious seating. Resort amenities include on-site bike rentals, pools, tennis courts and off-season indoor pool, walking track, sauna and whirlpool. Boardwalk to the beach offers family time with a seasonal shuttle to and from the beach. Island Grill and Deli is right downstairs, and Coco's on the Beach is a must for cocktails and volleyball. This community is on the Hilton Head Trolley route which offers free transportation from April 9 to Labor Day with 20 stops and 3 routes covering the island. All of this in a gated, secured central island location. Come on down!

The overall property was pretty run down in need of updating. The room was clean. We had 3 bedrooms and did not receive enough towels for all the guests. Called maintenance for more towels which we didn’t receive and never received a call back. Electrical outlets in didn’t hold plugs. The elevator in our building was not working and folks said it hasn’t worked since Memorial Day. Very inconvenient for carrying luggage to the room. Elevator in next building was small and slow. We had to walk up 64 steps and for senior citizens it was difficult with the heat. Pool was not clean. Golf cart to beach ran on a very limited basis.

I have been coming here for years. Some of the units needed significant updates. This uIt nit is updated and spectacular. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The linens and decor are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Any questions I had for the host was answered immediately. I can’t say enough about how kind the host was and how much I enjoyed our stay.

Cozy little condo that’s perfect for anyone visiting the Hilton Head area. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. You can walk to the beach from on property with gorgeous views. Great for any military graduations as the trip to Parris Island is about 35 minutes away.

Good unit overall. Overlooks the parking lot. Building 1 elevator did not work during the time we were renting and we were told that it had not been working for a month. We had to use the building 2 elevator which added twice the distance to the unit. Being in our 80’s using the steps to and from the fourth floor was not an option.

The beach and access to the beach really saved this trip for us. It seems like the pictures listed were taken before people started to stay. One big issue was that our buildings elevator was broken so that made for an interesting 6 days. Seems like it’s been broken for a while (no fault to the host). The pictures made it seem much larger than it actually is. When we got into the room we found dead bugs and had a bug crawl out of the tub. The tub and sink in the 2nd bathroom drained very slowly, there were many lightbulbs out, there were a total of 5 forks for the whole condo, didn’t seem to be very clean, outlets are so loose nothing stays plugged in for long, peeling drywall, cracked ceiling, knobs falling off the dressers. Another big turn off for us is that it seems the quilts for the beds do not get washed. On the check out instructions it says to strip everything but those. They were stained and we chose not to use them. On top of paying what we did for the condo, you then had to pay 3.60 to wash clothes and 3.60 to dry clothes which is crazy to me (again, not the hosts fault). Communication with the host was okay at best. I mostly got one word answers. If you don’t mind the things I’ve listed, this place is for you. If you do mind, I’d check something else out.

It can be so hard to find a nice 3 bedroom condo, but this was fantastic! Perfect walk to the beach, always love to grab drinks/food at Coco's or at The Beach Bear by the pool. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, would definitely stay again!
