Good ocean view. Rooms layout can be improved. Not enough kitchen space for 6 bedroom house.
We’ve been vacationing in Narragansett for the past 5 years as a family and this house was the absolute best. Spacious, clean, beautiful decks and perfect location to all beaches. Rochelle greeted us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know. 5 out of 5 stars all around!

Thank you Jessica! I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay! And thanks for leaving the house in such good condition!
Rochelle and Ken are truly dedicated property owners and stewards of this vacation setting. A beautiful and well dressed home with plenty of privacy as well as beautiful gathering spaces.
The outdoor patio, the very comfortable chairs, and the stunning views of the Atlantic looking out to Block Island make this a very special home with a top notch "annex" fully dressed.
Owners that care make all the difference in the world of VRBO, and that was our experience.

Thank you David. We are so happy you enjoyed your time at our beach house!
5 friends got together with 4 spouses to celebrate the ladies’ 70th Birthdays. We have been friends for over 50 years!
The beach home was wonderful as was the area. We dined out several times and our husbands made dinner for us all the other nights. The kiteverything they needed.
The property was great for our family vacation. We were 7 adults and 4 kids 3-5. Plenty of outdoor space for them to play. Rochelle has furnished the house with everything you need, great grill area and the kitchen was well stocked for family cooking and entertaining. Amazing decks and views of block island and Newport. We really appreciated having the basic necessities already there which makes it easier to get settled in and use the space.
We used the annex as an in-law suite, nice & quiet. One of the 6 bedrooms is actually a front living room/ den with a sofa bed that doesn’t have a door for privacy. The kids slept there so it wasnt an issue for us but might be for adults. . It’s a beautiful home , well kept and ready to enjoy!!! .
This is an ideal location. Almost every morning we biked/walked to the fishing jetty to climb rock out to the end while some of our party fished. Wheeler state beach and Scarborough beach were in biking distance even for the four year old in our group, as was Aunt Carrie's ice cream. At dusk, we would watch a family of coyotes (3 adults and 7 pups) play in the vacant lot across the street. Deer meandered here and there and the birds are many. We tool a nice walk at Trustum Pond National Wildlife Refuge.
It was fun to watch surfers on Narragansett beach.
The house is very family friendly and well equipped. Rochelle greeted the first arrival and showed them the house. She was easy to get in touch with and responsive. Everyone loved the location and we hope to return.

Thank you Annie! I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay!
The houses were clean. Good communication from the owner. Short walk to a small beach and short drive to Scarborough. Great views from the top deck, perfect to watch the sunset.
We enjoyed our stay in Naragansett at this house. Space was perfect for our extended family for the week. The location and views were great. There was a problem with the dishwasher and Rochelle responded promptly and even came by to troubleshoot.

My husband and i have been renting year round and vacation properties for more than thirty years. We take great pride in our well maintained buildings and grounds. This house, which we purchased last year, has been cleaned up and updated to beachy l chic.
Why they chose this property
This unique property is a real beach house. That means you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Or, if you want to bring lots of stuff with you, its a 2 minute drive with free parking there and porta potties. Bring lunch or just walk home. The views are spectacular too and the house is immaculate and very well equipped.
What makes this property unique
This home is built on a rise with lots of windows and decks. The views are spectacular. Direct view of block island. Watch the big ships go by from distant lands and the block island ferry making its daily trips to the island. Walk, swim, kayak, bike, surf and fish right here. It doesnt get any better than this!
