This cottage has an open floor plan featuring new hardwood floors, carpeting, furniture, HDTV's and other amenities to make the renting families' stay at the beach one to remember! Backing up to the wildlife refuge, both floors offer views of the sound and ocean, with just a short walk to the beach access. Watch dolphins swim, pelicans fly, deer walk by and experience what a family vacation can really be! Distance to the beach access: Approximately 210 yards.

Great location. Not so clean

A good value with a few negatives. The location was great. Nice outdoor shower. Nice kitchen. Bathrooms and beds need updating. We had some roaches, called the management company with no response.

Not good

Basically Resort Realty was not helpful. We were never called for check-in like we were told we would be. Customer service was short and rude. The only helpful person was the one on-call emergency after hours person. The house was not clean. We were told due to Covid extra cleaning would be done and check in might be later. Looked like the floors had not been swept, tables/counter were not clean etc. Overall we were not happy with the rental. To top it off, a roach climbed up my wife's leg during breakfast.

Adorable Rose Cottage!

Rose Cottage was adorable and in a great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cottage. We hope to stay there again soon!
