On an enclosed garden of 300 m² southwest (allowing you to enter the car)
Quiet and residential area
The beautiful beach on foot (150m), without taking busy streets
(gently sloping, the beach is suitable for young children; it is supervised in summer)
The small port of Sainte-Marine at 600m, bakery, delicatessen, crêperies, restaurants, café de la cale
