Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz. Man merkt, dass die letzte Renovierung noch nicht lange zurück liegt. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen sympathisch und freundlich und hat uns etliche gute Tipps zu Freizeitmöglichkeiten oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Volkshochschul-Französisch in Verbindung mit Englisch hat auch in den Geschäften und Restaurants gut funktioniert.

Tolles Ferienhaus im schönen Concarneau

Wir waren zu viert im Juli 2024 bei Monsieur Le Baccon im Ferienhaus. Im Haus findet man alles, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht, von der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Waschmaschine, Grill und Gartenmöbel. Monsieur Le Baccon ist sehr freundlich und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben!!

Belle adresse

Jolie villa, bien assez grande, environnement calme tout proche du centre ville et de la ville close (2.5 km à pied). Daniel nous a très bien accueillis. Il nous a également donné beaucoup de conseils de balades et autres visites. A recommander chaudement.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Ort Concarneau und seiner Umgebung. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Ob es ein Bummel durch die Stadt mit der tollen Festung ist oder der Tag am Strand. In der Umgebung haben wir kleinere oder größere Städte, aber auch immer wieder andere Buchten besucht. Ich habe das Gefühl, noch lange nicht alles gesehen zu haben......

Sehr guter Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Cidre und Bretonischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Der Gastgeber gab viele Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es liegt am Stadtrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah, den Strand kann man zu Fuß in 20 min erreichen, die Innenstadt mit dem Bus. Die Kinder haben das gute Wifi gelobt :-) . Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen und geschichtsträchtigen Stadt. Vielen Dank! Wir wollen wieder kommen!

Urlaub in Concarneau

Wir waren mit 4 Personen bei M. Und Mme. Lebaccon zu Gast. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos, M. L. ist freundlich und hat uns sehr ausführlich sein Ferienhaus gezeigt. Das Haus ist mit ALLEM ausgestattet was ein angenehmen Urlaub ausmacht. Egal ob Küche ( es gibt 2 davon) Bäder, Schlafzimmer, es fehlt an nichts. Für die Terasse gibt es ausreichend Stühle, Liegen, Sonnenschirme. Selbst ein Grill ist vor Ort. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. M. L. kann gute Tipps für Ausflüge geben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in den 2 Wochen in diesem Haus und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Très belle prestation

Très bon accueil par un propriétaire très attentif à notre attente. Maison hyperpropre et très fonctionnelle parfaitement équipée. Au calme et malgré tout à proximité des commerces essentiels.

Super 2 storey house

The house was perfect for family with teenagers. 3 large bedrooms, 2 modern shower rooms and 2 separate toilets, even a kitchen for late night snacking! Reliable WiFi, plenty of sockets. Also recommend the 2 terraces for catching the sun, gated driveway for car, and proximity to large supermarket. Perfect.

LOCATION TRES TRES BIEN

Nous avons rarement trouvé une location aussi bien équipée pour un prix tout à fait correct. Tout est pensé pour permettre un séjour agréable. Le propriétaire nous a chaleureusement accueilli. La maison très confortable est située à 5 mn en voiture du centre ville de Concarneau, dans un écrin de verdure et dans un endroit calme. Nous avons passé un très bon week end. A conseiller et à refaire.
