House is well appointed and comfortably furnished. Large eat-in kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Casual living room has seating for 8 with large wood-burning fireplace, TV, and music. Relax on the beautiful front porch, or on the back patio, under the shade of a large beech tree, overlooking pool and back yard. 1600 square feet with central air conditioning, cable, wifi. Walk to beach, and close to Orient State Park, Orient Village, and marina. Short drive to Greenport and wineries.

Orient Point House

Kids loved pool. Dog loved fenced-in property. Everyone liked neighborhood and community beach. Lots of wild turkeys around. Everyone loved wonderful bike rides to Orient Point State Park beach and Truman Beach. House is very nice. Owners easy to work with.

Private retreat in Orient Point

Home had convenient layout to get comfortable quickly. As avid home cooks, appliances and kitchen tools were all up to date and in good working order. Front porch was great for watching sunset and backyard afforded privacy for days at the pool. Owners were readily available for questions and assistance. Highly recommended.
