Beautiful town home in convenient location to downtown, chevy chase and UK. Pay half than what you would pay for at the nearby downtown Hyatt or Hilton and get much more amenities. It is within walking distances to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It has an open floor plan on the first floor, small den and a large master bedroom. 1,500 SF in size. It has a private garage with entry connected directly to the first floor as well as a small private fenced back yard. The unit has a walk in tile shower as well as closet space for hanging clothes. A 75" TV is in living room! Please NO parties or get togethers per HOA guidelines.

We came to Lexington for a Cheer competition, this location was perfect for getting to and from Rupp Arena, less than 10 minutes. Jason was extremely accommodating and communicated almost immediately when we had questions. The townhouse was also within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Will definitely book again if back in the area for arena events.

Overall, this was a great stay. The place was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of useful items, which made everything feel easy and comfortable. I also really appreciated the host’s thoughtful suggestions for things to do, as well as the helpful notes about the area. The space itself felt like a great value for the price.If I had to note a couple small things, the bed was a bit on the firm side for my personal preference, and the number of air fresheners was a little overwhelming. That said, those are minor and may not bother everyone.All in all, I’d rate this stay a solid 9/10 and would definitely recommend it!

Place was ok, good location. Was not clean - kitchen sink had food remnants, sponges were dirty, primary shower glass and floor were very dirty. Second shower was fine.

Thank you for your feedback! The sink was hand cleaned and washed with Lysol personally by the owner before the stay. A straight razor is used to clean the glass stove and granite counter top before each stay and Lysol is applied on those counter tops afterwards. The main shower uses Lysol mold remover (as needed) before every stay (cleaned by owner and not 3rd party) as well as a mold removing gel is used bi weekly since all tile is white and white grout and difficult to work with as an owner. Sorry about your stay, all other stays give it a 5/5 review 99% of the time. You are more than welcome back anytime as anyone!

Lexington Disc Golf Tournament

Place was just as pictured, very clean and accomadating. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would've liked to use the outdoor grilling/seating patio but weather did not permit that. Reasonably priced, we would stay here again.
