This 30 m² studio is located in a residence known to be one of the quietest in Les Arcs 1800 because these apartments are only rented to families and almost never to groups of turbulent young students.

Its location on the 8th floor will ensure you a bath of light.
And from the balcony you will have a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.

The slopes are only 200m away!
Just enough to warm up your legs a bit before hitting the more than 400 km of Paradiski slopes.

All shops, restaurants, bars, ski equipment rental, ski slopes and ski schools are also only 5 minutes walk.

Wifi internet connection available.
The appliances are almost new: fridge, dishwasher, hob, mini oven, microwave, flat screen TV, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster were all changed in 2016.
And of course all the cutlery and cooking utensils necessary for 5 people are also available.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels, or choose to use the ones we leave at your disposal, together with the keys, at the ALLSERVICES laundromat / concierge located at the top of our Pierra Menta residence. :
5 duvet covers (140x200),
5 fitted sheets (3 in 80x190 + 2 in 80x200),
5 pillow tees (65x65), 5 bath sheets,
5 hand towels and 5 wash cloths.
Or 11 kg of linen for 5 people.

If you decide to use our linen, we will ask you to drop it back to the laundromat for cleaning when you leave (5 Kg for ~ 17 € uros; 7 Kg for ~ 21 € uros; 10 Kg for ~ 35 € uros) .

Besides, it will be up to you to make the apartment as clean as you found it.
Note that if you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, you can also, by reserving it in advance, order an ALLSERVICES launderette for an end-of-stay cleaning service (for around 65 € uros).

Possibility to rent at the foot of the building to park your car, a covered parking space € 86 / week or uncovered parking € 69 / week (reservation possible on station site).
Free parking is available 1km (20min walk from the residence) below the entrance to the ARC 1800 station (outdoors and limited number of spaces).
