Why they chose this property
This house is in a quiet little neighborhood that is close to many attractions. Restaurants and nightlife are abundant. Just a 5 minute drive, is the world famous Palm Canyon drive. Sightseeing is a must here, with so many Movie star homes and historic places to visit. Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach Music Festival are a 40 min drive or you can catch a shuttle 1.5 miles away at The Riviera Resort, where you can also catch the buzz shuttle that will take you through all of downtown Palm Springs free of charge. If you prefer local bus transit, there is a stop at the end of our street. There are 2 groceries stores (Albertsons has a Starbucks inside), within 5 min. of the house, which are in small shopping centers, so there's lots of things to choose from there, donuts, pizza, dollar store, gas stations, etc. there are 3 parks within 5 min. of the house , with tennis, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, etc. 1 is a wellness park with exercise stations around the park. We have plenty of info if you are looking for great Restaurants or ask us.

If you are flying in, there are car rentals and taxi's at the airport, also there are plenty of Taxi's available around town as well as Uber and lyft.
There are also bike rentals downtown , with lots of newly installed bike lanes, great for a little exercise and site seeing. There is also a free trolley downtown called Buzz, which is really convenient for getting around Downtown. There's plenty of parking downtown, there's also a few parking garages/areas, a 3 story one with some shade next to Fisherman's market, which is free, another behind Starbucks, not covered, also free, and I believe the Hyatt on Palm Cyn. offers some free parking underground as well. We can provide you with plenty of suggestions for places to visit, Museums, Movie Star's Homes, hiking, Restaurants, Nightlife, etc.
