Palm Springs Poolside Oasis near Downtown
Welcome to our light and bright lovely getaway just ten minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. You will be taken aback by the breathtaking mountain views as soon as you walk into the home. This four bedroom retreat boasts a heated pool, BBQ, firepit, and all the luxuries you would want in your getaway.
The space
The home has four bedrooms with beds as follows: king bed, queen bed, queen bed, bunk bed twin over full with additional trundle. The home can comfortably sleep ten. As you walk in you immediately enjoy the mountain views from the large mountain facing windows and the open floor plan to the kitchen for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying the desert oasis with friends and family. There's a doorbell camera in front entrance

The entire property is accessible to guests, with the exception of the master closet and a hallway closet. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood, a 2 car garage, 3 driveway spots, and an RV side space. Garage remote provided
Pool heating is an additional $125/day for the length of your stay or a 3 day minimum. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated and we will make sure to have that ready for you prior to your stay. The pool will be naturally warm in the summer months and does not require additional heating. All heating is done offsite and we'd be glad to share the recent temperatures of the pool with you. Pool is serviced twice a week Tuesdays and Fridays.
All guests who reserve this home agree to abide by the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Rules and to sign a rental contract and an acknowledgement of receipt of those rules. A photo ID is required even if VRBO has retained one
Additional rules
This is our beloved Palm Springs home (City ID #1348) and we ask that you take care of it as you would your own. You are free to access any of the items in the kitchen or cupboards and closets. We keep one closet in the master bedroom with our personal belongings and which will not be accessible during your stay. Please be mindful of the AC and Heat, and we ask that you turn it off when you leave the home.
This is a NO PET home. Guests who bring unauthorized pets will be charged a fee of $500 per pet for stays 3 days or shorter and $175 per day for stays in excess of 3 days.
All tenants agree to provide a security deposit if asked for one. It's to be charged as liquidated damages. For any damages determined by the lessor to be in excess of that amount. Damages will be charged accordingly.
Stays in excess of 30 days agree to an increased cleaning fee of $500 and a security deposit of $500.
$75 fee for an early check in if we can accommodate, up to 8am which blocks off the previous day for a booking. Same with a late check out up to 8pm.

Palm Springs is very nostalgic to me and is a magical place. We chose this neighborhood because it is very queit and close to downtown Palm Springs
