We propose at the gates of the Dordogne to 5kms from Eymet (between bergerac and marmande) for vacation rental a fully air-conditioned villa that can accommodate 12 people in total is 8 adults and 4 children or 10 adults without children.
it consists of
* A living room of 140m² with kitchen, cinema area (giant screen), living room with babyfoot.
* 1 suite of 65 m² composed of bathroom with jaccuzi, a king size bed and a dressing room
* 1 bedrooms with bathroom bed in 180
* 1 bedrooms with bathroom bed in 160
* 1 bedroom bed 140
* 1 bedroom loft bed 140 + bed 140 (sleeps 4)
* 1 bathroom with bath and shower
* 1 game room with ps3 / giant screen
outside side you will have:
* a swimming pool fully enclosed by 10x12 glass barriers,
* a jaccuzy overlooking a sandy beach,
* barbecue with bar
* ping pong table, Bose speaker system inside and outside, WIFI
we supply bed linen, bath and pool towels

Reservations are only for a full week from Saturday to Saturday
