Hydrangea Hill is a mid-century modern charmer in beautiful downtown North Augusta. Over 3500 square feet of comfort with plenty of space to relax. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths. Bottom level consists of a den, kitchenette, full bath, half bath, and a study with daybed and trundle. Large kitchen on main level with granite counter tops, double oven, island, and spacious breakfast area. A perfect place to unwind after the tournament. Over 67 varieties of flowers and trees surround this one of a kind property. A beautiful swimming pool and the luscious gardens in the rear of the home truly make this home an oasis. The rocking chair front porch, complete with a swing, looks out over a zen garden. Flat screen TVs are in both living areas, sun porch, and in owner's suite with cable and internet provided. Close to shops and restaurants, only 7 miles from the Augusta National Golf Club, and just over the bridge from Downtown Augusta! During Master's Week, we ask for a 7 night minimum stay.

Wonderful Property

This property is not a house, it is a home. Every room was filled with lovely furniture and the home owners original pieces of art that were just beautiful. The property was magical, a large variety of birds feeding from the bird feeders, we were greeted by cardinals every morning! The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. All my questions were promptly answered by the homeowners, they were so very helpful in every possible aspect! I highly recommend this property!
