This townhouse is well located to the restaurants on Washington Rd and grocery stores. The unit is well appointed with all the basic things you need for your stay in Augusta. I would rent it again. Everything worked.

Our stay at this home was amazing. The house was clean and well-kept, and we found it very cozy. We really liked the location as well. It’s really close to restaurants and stores, and you can get anywhere else in just about 15 minutes. The home owner and property manager were really pleasant to deal with, even when we botched the process of gaining access into the home (our own fault as we completely overlooked the email with detailed instructions). Both of them were accessible, available, and responsive. Overall, my family and I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location for Masters

This place was perfect for Masters Week. Close to the course and restaurants/shopping. It had plenty of space for the four of us and could easily accommodate more guests. Definitely recommend!
