Lovely and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed having the pool at home and easy walkable access to Vanderbilt Beach. In addition, we like the Mercato is also walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet. Just a lovely place to stay and relax.

The owners were easy to get intouch with. Hot tub needs a timer install so renters dont have to contact owners everytime.

Great house for a Family Vacation

Wonderfully redone home with nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor space. Well appointed kitchen and lots of room. Nice quiet neighborhood that is walking distance (10 min) to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa de Charme. The location is ideal and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool and hot tub make the backyard a true paradise! There was plenty of room for our family of five. David and Irma were perfect hosts. We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful House

The house is amazing. The heated pool was awesome! I loved that the pool had salted water because there was no chlorine smell. It was very quiet. The place had everything we needed.

Business stay

Needed a place to stay, so that we would be close to the location where our business meeting was being held. This house is just a few blocks away from the locale. House is clean, in a nice location, and ownership was very friendly and highly communicative. Definitely would recommend this house along with the ownership. Overall had a fantastic experience.

Great house!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the house fit our needs perfectly....15 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to Mercato for groceries and restaurants and a short drive to other places in Naples. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and had everything we needed, pool was wonderful (especially the spa with the extra blowers on!), bikes were a great amenity as well. David and Irina were extremely responsive, emails or texts were always answered within minutes. We would absolutely stay here again if we are looking for a place in the Naples area, highly recommend!!

Less privacy than expected

The house is nice, though the furniture was not comfortable and the lighting was all bright white bulbs which we didn't notice initially but at night it was, well, bright. Also, the pool lacked privacy as the neighbors are above and beside you, many of the days the nice lady working on her plants was close enough to talk to easily. More privacy screening along that side of the house would have made the stay more enjoyable.

Last minute booking

Our stay was perfect! Our original booking was canceled on us 5 days before our arrival. Luckily, Dave and Irina’s house was available. The house was spotless, nicely updated and had everything we needed. The house has lots of space and a nice lanai. The pool, pool deck and hot tub are wonderful. The owners are very helpful and responsive. The location is excellent! A nice walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. We were lucky the original booking cancelled on us. This ended up working out much better!

Beautiful home with “uncaged” saltwater pool & jacuzzi spa

Gorgeous, updated and comfortable, well-appointed 3 bed 2 bath open plan home with lovely kitchen. Screened lanai; attractive landscaping around the large pool and spa with ample seating, lounges, dining tables and grill. David has the settings automated, so no fuss. David was very accommodating, and answered my questions almost immediately! Perfect location, quiet and private, close to everything; easy trip to RSW. It was unanimous: David & Irina’s home is our new favorite place!!! Guests on initial this trip to David & Irina’s: retired Mom, one son & fiancée. Next trip, the fiancées parents will complete the group!

Wonderful and Quiet

This property was quiet and in a great neighborhood. There were a lot of walkers and close to Vanderbilt Beach. They have beach chairs to use and bikes if you want. The pool was perfect temp and hottub. The Landscaping in the backyard is beautiful. House was very clean and comfortable bed. 3 minute drive to Mercato which has a lot of restaurants and great hang out place. We wanted to check this out for future use with our grown children and grandbaby. Plenty of room for the whole family. It had a highchair, packnplay. Fenced in back yard. It was everything we needed for our short get away and potential future family get away. It was overall lovely.

Great location and great house!

This rental was perfect. It was nicely updated with all the necessary amenities. It was very easy to contact the host when needed. My friends and I really enjoyed biking to the beach from this location and taking advantage of the awesome patio and pool. I would stay here again!

Got a few nights in Naples after a week in sanibel to explore and save some airline ticket expenses. Had a nice couple days to shop and swim and enjoy a fee streaming movies.
