Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Tidy Up: Please leave the home in a clean and tidy condition.
Trash Disposal: Kindly place all trash in the outdoor bins located on the right side of the house. Air Conditioning: Before leaving, please set the air conditioning to 75 degrees.
Linens and Towels: Place used bed linens in the washing machine and leave used towels on the laundry countertop.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
POOL HEATING: $40/night (May-Oct), and $50/night (Nov-Apr). Includes 24h pool and 2h spa. Only our tech can operate it; unauthorized use incurs fees.
We kindly ask that pets remain off all furniture and beds during your stay. This helps us mantain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. Thanks

Tadser is the best host replying back quickly, meeting all our needs above and beyond with all kind words and is a good soul. It was my best vacation stay in decades in Naples with an exquisite top grade home setting, comfortable, relaxing clean pool and very peaceful.Mercato shopping area is a mile away offering lovely shopping, dining and a playground for children. Whole Foods and Publix delivers food to your home also.A truly serene calm vacation with everything available.Vanderbilt beach is minutes in a car or a bike ride.We rented a car at Avis which was walkable from the home and a Starbucks next door for a refreshing drink.This lovely home is quiet featuring an area of huge shade with couches to listen to the pool waves.Words cannot express my gratitude of my first VRBO experience.Thank you Tadser for making our vacation beautiful memories.

Our family really enjoyed our stay over the holidays. This house is in a great location for restaurants, shopping, beach, activities, etc. The heated pool and spa were the real highlights for our young kids. House was very clean and well equipped. Communication with owner was great. We would stay here again.

What a lovely home! It is completely updated with beautiful furnishings, a spacious kitchen and high end appliances. The home was spotless and well maintained. We enjoyed spent lots of time in the large screened-in lanai. Would definitely rent again!

This house is beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and so much thought put into the little details. The host is so responsive and helpful with everything. My family enjoyed the pool and the spa. We did get it heated being that it was still early in the season. Without a doubt will be going back.

Our Best Naples Experience so far!

My wife and I love going to Naples for a staycation every so often to escape and recharge. This house was just what we needed!We've been going to the Naples Park area for a few years now and this is the best place we've done so far! This house checked all our boxes for what we were looking for! First of all, our communication with the property manager was great from the beginning. They gave us all the details we needed and made sure we were prepared for our stay. Communication was always responsive and quick!The kitchen and living room area were phenomenal. The kitchen is new and updated, really really nice. The outdoor patio and pool area is where it's at! All screened in and such comfortable furniture so you can still enjoy the outside!We only enjoyed the master bedroom, but it was so comfortable (the bed) and the bathroom was also updated and new. Loved the shower!Overall, YOU WILL NOT find a better host or house in the area! This place is a must stay!
