Single storey house of 100m² located in Lumio, 10 mins walk from Arinella beach. Village located between Calvi and Ile Rousse.

The house is located on a large, peaceful plot surrounded by nature, with a panoramic view of the sea, Calvi bay, the citadel, the Caldanu tower which bears the name of the place on which it was built "Punta Caldana".

Enclosed garden, parking spaces, slide and swing for children.

Living room - air-conditioned dining room with open fitted kitchen (view of Calvi bay), convertible sofa, 8-person table with chair, tv with satellite channel and free wifi.

Bedroom 1: 1 160X 200 CM bed with private bathroom and wc
Bedroom 2: 1 loft bed 90, 1 folding bed 80 (or possibility of a mattress in 160x200cm) with shared shower room in bedroom 3
Bedroom 3: 1 160X 200 CM bed with shower room that communicates with bedroom 2
Separate WC.

Sehr netter Empfang, großzügiges Haus, toller Pool, groß gebug (12x6), um darin auch wirklich schwimmen zu können; eine kleine nette Bucht in Geh-Weite; das Highlight ist der freie Blick auf die Bucht von Calvi mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Vue paradisiaque sur la baie de Calvi et magnifiques couchers de soleil!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lumio : vue magnifique sur la baie de Calvi et nous regrettons déjà nos apéros face au coucher de soleil sur la mer... La maison est très confortable et la piscine très agréable également. Nous nous sommes régalés des figues dans le jardin. Merci à Marie-Hélène pour sa gentillesse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la région.

Superbe emplacement, vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Calvi avec magnifique coucher de soleil en prime!! Endroit très calme, maison propre et fonctionnelle, fidèle à l'annonce.
