The property is wel located, only 5 minutes from the little railway station and 10 minutes walk to the beach/marina. But it is so peaceful and relaxing!We were met on arrival by Christophe who showed us around the property and explained everything well. It's a great place to stay especially if you have teens as the separate annexe works fine with older kids.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Pleasant contact with the owner and the local manager. The house was clean. Good to know for a family: the second bedroom can only be reached from the outside, no direct access from the house. There is a washing machine.

La maison de Claudie est parfaite. Elle se situe dans un quartier calme. Il est possible de garer se voiture sur la parcelle, protégée par un portail électrique. La maison principale se compose d'un grand salon, une cuisine, 1 salle d'eau et une salle de bain avec leur WC, et une grande chambre avec un lit en 160. Le tout est climatisé. La seconde chambre est accessible par une entrée intermédiaire, avec sa salle d'eau, son matelas en 140 neuf, et sa climatisation. Idéale pour un second couple ou des ados. A l'extérieur, vous pourrez profiter de la belle piscine, la terrasse, un barbecue. La maison est équipée comme pour y vivre, dont une machine à laver. Tout est extrêmement propre. Le linge de lit, de toilette ou de plage est en quantité largement suffisante. La plage de lumio est à seulement 10mn à pieds. Après une jolie promenade de 30mn, on a également accès à la jolie plage du rocher (accessible également en voiture) et à de nombreux chemin de promenades. Le petit train à 7mn de la maison vous amène à Calvi dans un sens ou à l'île Rousse dans l'autre. La communication avec Claudie a été très fluide, et l'accueil de son frère Christophe très chaleureux. Nous avons passé 7 jours merveilleux.

Ein wirklich schönes, großes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool und Garten. Ruhige Gegend. Zweites Schlafzimmer für die Kinder hatte einen separaten Eingang zu einem Anbau und ein eigenes Bad. Leider funktioniert die verlinkte Wegbeschreibung nicht, denn diese hat in 2 verschiedenen Routenplanern mitten auf einen Feldweg geführt. Die nochmal gesendete Adresse gab es nicht im Routenplaner / Navi. Wir haben fast eine Stunde gesucht. Dass wir kein französisch sprechen und die Vermieterin kein Englisch war leider ein Problem in diesem Fall. Am Ende wurden wir im Ort abgeholt. Wir hätten das nie alleine gefunden. Das muss dringend auf der Buchungsseite angepasst werden.Aber das schöne Haus hat sich dann dennoch gelohnt und der Ärger war schnell vergessen.

La maison est très bien située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage , du centre de San Ambrogio ( commerces à proximité) et la gare petit train pour rejoindre Ile Rousse ou Calvi. Accueil très bien maison très bien équipée piscine agréable - 1 grande chambre dans la maison et une 2eme petite chambre dans un studio accolé à la maison : lit de 140cm pas très confortable et une clim portative très bruyante.- voisins à proximité malgré ces quelques remarques nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Bella posizione, poca privacy

La villa è molto bella, la posizione ottima. Biancheria e attrezzatura da cucina disponibile. Purtroppo non c'è molta privacy. E' indicata a mio avviso per meno persone. Ci sono di fatto 2 camere da letto e un salone. In 7 di cui 4 bambini ha significato mettere 3 bambini in una delle 2 camere (allestita con un terzo letto) e lasciare 1 adulto + 1 bambino nel divano letto in sala e gli altri 2 adulti nella piccola dependance. Secondo me al massimo potrebbe ospitare 6 persone dato che una parte della casa è stata data in affitto annuale e quindi non è più disponibile, come invece era lo scorso anno. I proprietari sono comunque gentili e disponibili.

Propriété très belle, une vue magnifique, un endroit tranquille. Près de la marine avec h e belle plage de sable et de rochers idéal pour plonger, les enfants se sont bien amusés. Très propre et bien équipé, une belle piscine et des dépendances pour la privacy des couples. Très conseillé !
