⭐️Positive Energy! Sedona's best vortex location!

Center yourself as you enjoy friends and family in this magical West Sedona home stocked with meditation cushions, singing bowls, "plein -air” easels & art supplies, walking sticks, games & puzzles. Enjoy the desirable central location: easily walk to hiking and bike trails, shops, restaurants, vortex sites, galleries and more. By car explore the area: Old Town Cottonwood, Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Flagstaff, Jerome, Slide Rock are easy day trips.

Relax, regroup and enjoy my centrally located, comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom West Sedona home. Large, private back and side yard featuring
a yoga meditation hut, hammock, fire pit, BBQ grill and lounge areas with plenty of seating. Large front yard with adirondack chairs and porch has table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee/tea or afternoon libations. Two living areas (there are a couple of steps down to the second living room) and a dining area to spread out while you are in the house. Large kitchen with every utensil you need to prepare your meals. (Walking distance to hole Foods.) Large main suite bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and stores a washer/dryer and a business station. There are a couple of steps down to the main suite bedroom from the second bedroom and a couple steps up to the the main suite bathroom. Primary bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. New living room couch becomes a queen bed as well. The second bathroom has a walk in shower and a large deep soaking tub (jets are very temperamental so rarely cooperate, but great to soak in). Garage houses an additional living space with a ping pong table. View of Thunder Mountain from front and back yards (not the best view, but you can definitely see it).

Guests have access to entire indoor and outdoor space, laundry room, tour info, hiking maps, hiking poles, binoculars, extra blankets, towels, kitchen, books, games, TV with Roku (Netflix, HBO Now, Hulu & Amazon Video), DVD player with movies. Free Wifi available throughout house. There is a business station with a printer and desks available for your use as well.

Summer (July and August) special: rent two nights 3rd night $155! Does not include Friday or Saturday night for the discount price. *We love good guests and repeat guests and front end offer good guests a 10% discount to return to my property. Just let me know in advance of your next booking and I’ll lower the price.

The location of the house is perfectly close to all main town areas of Sedona, as well as, centralized near hiking/exploring. The house itself is super spacious and very accommodating! I love the little details and Janine has made sure to make your stay comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend staying here : )

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We spent most of our time in the backyard area which was very private.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were VERY helpful by; giving very detailed advance check in information. They also were super responsive, even helping us book another night with them on short notice after our travel plans changed last minute. The home had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub! The house was centrally located and made it easy to get to hiking and great food. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family hiking in Sedona

Spent 2 nights in Sedona and had a great time. The house was just off the main strip and less than 10 minutes from a ton a hiking trails and places to eat. Would definitely stay longer next time.

I have loved Sedona since the moment I laid eyes on it over 20 years ago. Owning this home is a dream come true. I have spent a lot of time in the mountains! While I find Colorado mountains (where I also spend a lot of time) majestic, I find Sedona breathtaking!!!! There is nothing like Sedona. I love hiking, yoga, reading, painting, spending time with my family and friends. I travel anywhere I can be outdoors and see beautiful sites. When I travel, I prefer to be in a home where I can have space, prepare all my food if I choose, sit outside and enjoy the great outdoors, and have all the comforts of home. My goal is to provide this type of homey atmosphere for my guests. I want to make your Sedona experience the best it can be.

I love the location of this property. It is so convenient to getting anywhere you want to go in Sedona. Home is walking distance to Whole foods and some of my favorite restaurants. I LOVE the peaceful backyard with the torch lights, comfortable seating, hammock and yoga hut. It is very near the airport vortex. My home has a really good feel to it. You'll see!
