It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach, nearby El Yunque, Hacienda Carabalí, Luquillo Beach, lots of restaurants and 20 minutes to the airport. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, two bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with two futons, and a dining area. Sonia allowed us an earlier check in. Location was great right on beach. Lots of towels,and supplies. Safe and secure. The bed is definitely NOT a queen. Leftover food in refrigerator. Dining room light didn’t work (needed a light bulb) and they know about it before we checked in.

The location of this property is great, right on the a non-crowded beach. Very close to El Yunque Rainforest and many restaurants and shops. Sonia was a great host, very easy to communicate. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is great! The host is super communicative and helpful which goes a long way, Sonia is awesome! The property itself is in a fairly secluded area past a few resorts, no view of the ocean but the property has direct access to the beach. Stayed 5 days and never had more than 10 other people within 100 yards of us. I highly recommend renting a car but did check Uber and it was 50 to SJU airport. If you plan on staying put Uber is an option, but a rental car is much better for this area. The property is gated with 24 hour security, not that it requires it, so just a mention. The area seemed very safe. Check in was easy and the unit was easy to locate with Sonia's info. I've stayed at many properties in PR and this one is on the top of the list. Quiet area, large pool, almost private beach, fully equipped condo, very clean and many restaurants within 10 minute drive. Sonia recommended Terraza Montemar and she was on point. Great traditional Puerto Rican fare and an amazing view from the side of a mountain looking down over the beach resorts. Reasonable prices as well. Bungalu was also a hit with my wife. She loved the Mahi stuffed Avocado and my fish tacos were delicious. What made this place was the ease of communication with Sonia and her detailed access information. Definitely coming back....SOON!!!

We love this condo. Ive been to this area many times and Sonias place is incredible. everything you could need is there. Excellent location. 1 minute walk to beach, less to pool. She was very responsive to any questions we had. would definitely recommend to couples, singles, and families.

We booked this place because we knew from previous stays that the location is stellar. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and check in was super easy. This is a first floor unit which is very convenient to access the beach

Bosque del Mar Condo

The location of this ground floor condo was terrific- in sight of booth pool and beach. The condo itself was comfortable except that the bed was only a double, not a queen or king size, and tight for two adults. We did enjoy our stay though and the property manager was extremely responsive. This part of Puerto Rico has much to offer.

This location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach and pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a safe and quiet gated community and we enjoyed ever minute of our stay! This condo couldn't have been any more perfect! It had anything you could possibly need.was located in the middle of complex,halfway to pool and half other way to beach,which was devine!!!! Great family stay

We loved the condo complex and location of this property. The pool was great, super easy beach access. It's SO close to El Yunque that it's incredibly easy to explore from this location. San Juan is an easy day trip as well. The owner was friendly and had great communication about checking in and wrapping up at the end. The apartment itself is a bit dated, and has a slightly musty smell to it. I imagine that may be hard to avoid in such a humid area so close to the beach. However, for the price we paid, it felt very fair. The two futons in the living area worked great for our two kids and having 2 bathrooms and laundry were both huge benefits!

Exactly as expected. Right on the beach!!!

We just spent a week at this place Jan15-22 2023. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation. The beach is literally 3 mins walk and the pool is 30 seconds away. The send on the beach is perfectly smooth. There was no seaweed in the water at all. The lagoon is shallow So You can walk easily 50-80yeards in to the water befor it gets deep. In the water there is nothing but send (no rocks or anything else) you don’t need water shoes here. The entire complex was very safe and quite. We had a car so transportation wasn’t an issue. Enjoy your vacation 😃

Perfect home base for exploring northeastern Puerto Rico

Knowing that (on our first visit to the island) we would be exploring the northeastern part of Puerto Rico, including El Yunque, we sought a place to stay anywhere between San Juan and Fajardo. For a family of five, hotels are often a challenge, because they typically limit occupancy in standard rooms to four people. And hotel rooms--particularly in San Juan--can be quite pricey! Enter VRBO. This property was perfect for us. It's on the coast, literally with a beautiful stretch of beach outside its gates, has a simple but nice swimming pool, and with a single bedroom but two bathrooms, is really more than sufficient for a family of 4-5. The property owner was very accessible, making it easy for us to take advantage of all her home had to offer. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a more quiet, off-the-beaten-path option compared to what you'll find in San Juan!

Very Cluttered

The location is great but the apartment, not so much. We felt like the owners left right before we got there and left everything behind. The dresser was completely full of bedding so I had to take everything out to put ours away. The fridge was full of "leftovers". We barely had room to put things away. It needed a good cleaning as well. We could not get the TV work, but that wasn't a big deal. The beach is amazing, as was the pool. It is in a good location and close to restaurants and shopping. It just needs to be de-cluttered and cleaned up.
