CARNON PLAGE 100 meters from the sea - Air-conditioned villa with garden offering 3 spacious bedrooms with a double bed, one with an additional bunk bed, a kitchen, and a large living room with sofa bed. 2 beautiful terraces with barbecue overlooking the greenery to take full advantage of the good weather, a large veranda takes over in case of bad weather. Villa located at the end of a dead end in a quiet area of Carnon Plage while remaining close to shops and the port. 2 parking spaces in front of the house will be reserved for you. Linens provided. House fully equipped with appliances.

Nettes Haus an guter Lage

Freistehendes Haus in ruhigem Quartier. Zu Fuss 5 Minuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten zu Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Fischhändler und diversen Restaurants. Das Haus stammt vermutlich aus den 70ern und wurde teilweise modernisiert. Drei grosse Schlafzimmer (eines mit 160er Bett, die anderen mit 140ern) bieten 8 Schlafplätze. Zusätzlich steht im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa. Draussen gibts einen Garten mit zwei Terrassen mit Privatsphäre, eine angenehm schattig und eine sonnig. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Maison de famille spacieuse

Très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle reflète ce qui est décrit dans l’annonce: espace, commerces proches, plage à 4 mn à pied, 2 places parking, etc … Elle mériterait cependant une cuisine rénovée et une connexion wifi. Cependant, les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont fait le maximum pour répondre à nos besoin. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Très belle et agréable maison pour des vacances en amis ou en familles.

Nous avons séjourné entre amis dans la maison de famille de Didier. Elle est très agréable et grande. Elle est également bien située ( port à 10 min à pied et à 200m de la plage ). La maison était très propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande fortement.

Nice location, but old place

The house was quite old, and we got invoiced for garden chairs that broke, but clearly were very old, as well as other small things, like a shovel that already was broken before and looked like just left by previous visitors. The location is super nice, and the host is friendly, just the above topic left a bad aftertaste.

Maison très agréable à vivre pour une famille avec enfants

Maison de plain pied très bien agencée avec un sas d'entrée qui limite le sable, un grand salon et une partie nuit bien séparée. C'est une maison qui a été réellement habitée, ce qui se ressent. Les deux parties extérieures sont très complémentaires. La maison profite de la fraicheur de la verdure et de la climatisation. L'accès à la plage (et au centre ville) se fait par des chemins piétonniers très agréable. Enfants et adultes ont apprécié, nous recommandons chaudement.

Maison familiale par excellence avec un enfant terrasse extérieure très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison très pratique avec des enfants. 1 coin nuit bien séparé, une douche pour se débarrasser du sable avant d'entrer dans la maison et une terrasse extérieure ombragée très agréable. De plus, pour aller à la plage, un petit sentier qui évite de marcher à côté de la rue et un seul passage piéton pour arriver à la plage. Bref, très heureux de notre semaine ! Arnaud
