The Space:
The open concept living area includes a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make gourmet meals. A live edge monkey pod slab dining table seats six adults comfortably, while the leather wrapped chairs add a contemporary touch of elegance. A deep, comfortable sofa and chair and a wall mounted smart LCD TV round out the entertainment options in the living room. Designer lighting fills the space with a magical glow and a modern touch, while the air conditioning keeps everyone cool during the day. A private lanai hosts a concrete table for four with outstanding views of the manicured grounds, the ocean and the distant West Maui mountains.
The Master Suite is outfitted with a king bed and air-conditioning, and features stunning ocean views. Step out onto the lanai and enjoy the outdoors while seated at a bespoke concrete table and enjoy the sights of the surfers catching waves at the Cove Beach park. Built with just the right amount of roof overhang, the tiled lanai gives you ample shade when you want it and sunshine when you need it. The master bath is fully tiled from floor to ceiling, with a walk in, glass walled shower as the focal point. The stone counter tops and designer lighting tastefully add a warm touch to the space.
The upstairs guest suite features a queen bed, seating area and a full bath. High windows allow for soft lighting and great privacy. The seating area gives you space to unwind or enjoy your favorite read while staying cool in the air-conditioning. The ensuite guest bath has a walk in, glass walled shower as well as a stone topped vanity and designer lighting.
The air-conditioned downstairs suite comfortably sleeps two adults in the king sized bed. A large garden view window lets in plenty of sunlight, or drop the privacy shades for uninterrupted sleep at night. The bath is also fully tiled from floor to ceiling, adorned with the same stone counter tops and glass walled walk in shower.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of Penthouse I, including three private bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a covered lanai.
Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.
Four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.

Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park, where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons, or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

We had an awesome stay at Penthouse 1 at Villas by the Cove! The condo was super clean, really well taken care of, and had everything we needed. Loved that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards ready for us — made our beach days so easy.The outdoor space was gorgeous — lush tropical plants and greenery all around. It felt peaceful and private, like our own little Maui retreat.The location was perfect too. Close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the food truck park nearby — definitely worth checking out if you’re staying here.Overall, just a great spot to relax and enjoy Maui. Would totally stay here again!
The property is just as advertised and it comes with all the beach amenities that you need - towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.
We had a couple of minor issues and the owner and property manager were super helpful and responsive in addressing them.

The pool was really nice but we wish it stayed open longer. It was convenient for walking to different beach activities too. The plants around the villas were beautiful. Inside the villa the beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice and the interior was modern. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend you stay in this villa.
We can't say enough good things about our stay at Villas by the Cove. The unit itself was in immaculate condition with gorgeous finishings, comfortable beds and a great layout for a group stay. The grounds, pool and bbq area were so well maintained and luxurious feeling. The complimentary hot yoga classes were such a nice added bonus and the location couldn't have been better for walking to all our favorite spots. Shahaf the property manager was beyond hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! We will be back.
The unit was very nice and spacious, but the location was oversold. The ocean view is a peekaboo ocean view from upstairs balcony only. And the unit is also located on a very busy street which was not disclosed. Overall we were still happy though.
If you hate perfection, the Villas won't be for you!
My family (six total) stayed in Penthouse 1 and could not have had a better stay; our only regret is not staying longer!
The Villas are exactly as you see when booking, and could possibly be even better in person. They provide more than what is listed/what we thought; there is a studio/gym (someone mentioned classes, but never got around to asking), all the water/beach necessities you could ever need (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler), indoor and outdoor towels...their own papaya tree with a tool to fetch on your own! Also, after booking you will be contacted by an exclusive, amazing concierge company that offers the best deals on car rentals, activities-- you name it!
We love this place so much, we even joked about giving a bad review so our "secret" spot doesn't get too popular! Lastly, to add to the raving of the Villas, my fiance and I are even considering their group package to book out the entire property for our wedding. Legit heaven in paradise!
Gal was very attentive whenever we had a question or need. The penthouse was in a great location. He also provided a high chair and pack and play for our stay for our daughter.
All in all super great! Would definitely stay again.
Our family of 5 stayed at the villas by the coast from December 27 through January 1. We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the house, the proximity to the beaches and restaurants, and the space of the townhouse. All three bedrooms are well equipped with a their own bathrooms, and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is perfect for gathering around the large island for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The property was in excellent condition - all around the buildings and the pool. The pool furniture was very comfortable and well taken care of. The inside of our unit was clean and well furnished with everything updated. Our bed was very comfortable which made sleeping a dream. The location is perfect for access to the ocean and shopping/dining. Shahof, the property manager, was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to drop off our luggage so that we could go to the airport and pick up our other guests and their luggage prior to our check in time. Our damage deposit was promptly refunded. All in all, an excellent experience that we will do again on our next trip to Maui.
This is a beautiful townhouse in a perfect location. The reason for four stars instead of five is that the rooms are a little smaller than photographs suggest. The only other thing that other guests should be aware of is that the bungalows around the pool were rented to different groups during our 10 day stay. A wedding closed the pool and a business event dominated the common outdoor area..
