Our condo is family owned and operated and is a beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom beach front condo offers stunning ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms also enjoy ocean views.

The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with all new appliances and is fully-equipped for fine dining and the spacious private lanai is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or sunset dinners.

Previously, the condo got a beautiful renovation with fresh paint, beautiful tile flooring, a/c in the living space and each bedrooms. The unit boasts at 75" tv in the family room, sophisticated quality linens and large, modern and unique wooden ceiling fans throughout. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are sure to be enjoyed on the beautiful lanai, just steps away from the beach and the pool.

The location is great with sandy beaches in both directions and walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.

The Royal Mauian Resort is a one of a kind 6-story ocean front property located in South Kihei in the Hotel Zone. It is located between 2 sandy beaches, is beautifully maintained and has panoramic ocean views.

The grounds offer an ocean front pool, an expansive lawn with chaise lounges over looking the water, and an ocean view roof garden with gas BBQ's tables and a full kitchen for a magical sunset dining experience.

We loved our stay in Kihei at this perfect and quaint 3 bedroom unit. I was pleasantly surprised the unit offered all the extra “bells and whistles” we appreciated: black out curtains, extra fans, beach toys/chairs/umbrellas, and everything necessary to cook a great meal. Traveling with 2 toddlers, we appreciated the ease and organization on this home. It’s a beautiful unit! The bathrooms are not updated like the rest of the home, but they are functional, well-appointed and clean. The keypad for the front door was perfect for lock & leave. A wonderful 10 days!

Such a beautiful property!!! It's a great location and the view is breathtaking! We appreciated having so many items like beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, games, coffee filters, and so much more. We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 3 couples. The location cannot be beat - oceanfront, garden level unit with unbelievable sunsets to be viewed from the lanai. Great whale and turtle viewing daily. Pool and beach are both very close. Best equipped property we have stayed at with everything needed for the beach. Walking distance to stores, shops and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked and we loved the ice machine!

Perfect choice!

Sitting on the spacious patio and enjoying the ocean and sunsets while watching for whales was a real treat. The unit was nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and shops. We were delighted with our choice!
