Welcome to Seaview Beach Cottage, a cozy Island retreat with stunning ocean views in the charming Sea View community on PEI’s North Shore. Just 200 feet from the community stairs to one of the best beaches, this custom-built cottage offers easy beach access.

Inside, enjoy an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and windows on three sides. The pine kitchen features an island snack bar and overlooks the dining and living spaces. The main floor has two bedrooms—one with two singles and another with a twin-over-double bunk—and a family bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a queen bed, private balcony, and ensuite with a step-in shower.

Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, propane BBQ, electric fireplace, WiFi, two satellite TVs, DVD player with movies, books, and games like Wii and Guitar Hero. Outside, kids can play on the swing set in the large yard while you relax on the wrap-around deck.

Close to popular attractions like Cavendish National Park, Sandspit Amusement Park, Anne of Green Gables sites, and several top golf courses, plus options for kayaking, deep-sea fishing, and biking. The beach connects to miles of shoreline perfect for long walks and ocean breezes.

Perfect cottage by the sea

A very cute cottage perfect for 4 or a small Family. Road in is a bit bumpy but worth the view once you get there. Highly recommend getting there before dark. Would love to have stayed longer.

Beachfront Beauty

Beautiful, well equipped and charming cottage on the perfect stretch of beach in PEI. Seaview is without a doubt one of the best beachfronts on the island. It is spectacular for vistas, swimming, and beach-combing. There’s a little something for everyone, excellent spot. If you want a really authentic island getaway, Seaview is the place.

The house was lovely. It was very clean. It had incredible views of the ocean. The private beach was conveniently located and beautiful! Lots of points of interest near by that we enjoyed eg. The Dunes Art Gallery, PEI Preserve Company. Lots of great restaurants as well close by.

Very nice cottage , with steps right down to a beautiful and secluded beach . As our stay was at the end of the season , many restaurants and bars were closed but we found a place to eat and supermarkets open . The queen bed upstairs was super firm , too firm so I slept on extra comforters ! I would suggest maybe a mattress topper to soften it !! Great communication with Dean, who was very helpful

Great Family Spot

Quick three day getaway with family. Big, clean, three bedroom with big functional and well equipped kitchen. New propane BBQ. Steps to the stairs to a beach you will basically have to yourselves. NOTE: The road in is a washout that I wish I had had a heads up on as I drive a low tesla 3. Leave the the sports car at home and bring a vehicle with good clearance and take your time, especially in the dark. They disconnected the outdoor outlets so as to discourage any RV’s or car charging (the later of which will be a drawback to some in this price range). Beach chairs and games in closets. Laundry. Good AC. Not sure you can do much better on the Island. Neighbour Garry gets annoyed if you leave the outside lights on at night. Aside from the road it is a winner.

Beautiful home and location but needs to be professionally cleaned.

The house is situated amongst other rentals and some permanent homes. The location is stunning; we travelled all around the island and I don't think any beach compared to the one steps from our door. The house itself was perfect for our party of 7 (grandparents + my family of 5) in terms of space. However, the house requires a thorough, professional deep clean. In my opinion, the house is only tidied between guests: - All high-touch surfaces, including drawer and cabinet pulls, cupboard and drawer faces, the fridge/freezer doors and handles, and door knobs were visibly dirty. The ceiling above the top bunk is covered in dirty footprints. - The cutlery doesn't match, there's a large, old crockpot which I doubt anyone has ever used, and the pots and pans are a mish-mash. This would all be minor though had these items been clean. The cups/mugs/glasses especially had either fingerprints or dried-up food on them. The cooking utensil drawer resembled a junk drawer with the drawer liner bunched up and folded over the utensils. - The floors were not cleaned. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was dirt and hair around the bar stools. In the utility closet, the mop is still in its packaging. The island counter was sticky to the touch when we arrived. - The toothbrush holder in the upstairs bathroom was full of brown gunk topped with a hair. - Some of the towels were stained and need replacing. Only 6 beach towels when the house is for 7. - No extra TP or garbage bags.

Stunning views & tranquility

Superb location. Series of 7-8 cottages a top a cliff, with access to beach reserved for cottages. Beach is 1+KM long, private, and stunning. Cottage is as in the pictures. Open spacious with great natural lighting. Kitchcen is fully stocked with what you need to cook or bake. Only caveat was that just upon our arrival I checked in with property management and they did not respond. Fortunately is was for a minor issue and I did not follow up. We would gladly return to the property, anytime!
