Extraordinary Holiday Place

In June 2024, we had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks in Corsica with our daughter in the holiday apartment in Monticello. The wonderful view across the bay and the harbour of Ile Rousse, the functional furnishings and the location itself created the basis for a wonderful vacation. Parking directly in front of the house, shopping facilities nearby and in the town of Ile Rousse itself, beautiful beaches, all of which can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car, as well as the central location to the surrounding sights (Calvi, Calanches de Piana, Col de Vergio, Corte, St. Florent and also the nearby mountain villages on the coast) make it possible to explore the Balagne region extensively. The hostess Huguette lives nearby, is always available and very concerned about the well-being of her guests. All in all, a place for carefree, relaxing and also active holidays with many impressions.

Nous avons eu un merveilleux séjour ! Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. L'appartement est charmant et très confortable, la mezzanine est très belle et bien sûr la vue imprenable sur l'Ile Rousse depuis le balcon est splendide ! Quel bonheur de se réveiller tous les matins avec cette belle vue et d'admirer les couchers du soleil :) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du logement, c'était très reposant d'être en vacances à écouter les oiseaux depuis le balcon ! L'emplacement était pour nous idéal, juste à côté de l'Ile Rousse et des grands axes pour visiter toute la Balagne, qui est une région magnifique ! Et bien sûr, ce séjour n'aurait pas pu fonctionner sans l'accueil formidable d'Huguette et son aide précieuse pour nous prodiguer les meilleurs conseils pour organiser au mieux notre séjour. Un grand grand merci à elle !
