This unit has just been COMPLETELY remodeled and everything is BRAND NEW! This one bedroom, one bath sits lake front with an AWESOME view of the lake. You can walk out your door and only a few steps to the pool! So, come and enjoy our beautiful newly furnished condo while sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake.
Fully stocked kitchen for all your BBQ/cooking needs.
The master has a King sized bed with access to bathroom from the bedroom. The sofa pulls out into a Queen sized bed for your kids or another couple. The kitchen is beautiful and is fully equipped for all your cooking/BBQ needs. The nice size patio has an electric grill and comfortable furniture to enjoy.
The living room has a big screen TV to watch all your favorite shows or sport events and an AWESOME rock electric fireplace for those cozy fall/winter nights.
The complex has a lot to offer: Tennis courts, heated lakeside saltwater pool, coin laundry facility, and boat ramp and trailer parking on site. It is located close to many attractions including the popular Outlet Mall, go karts, miniature golf, movie theater, many golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants and hospital.

NEED MORE ROOM: Inquire about our other 2 units - all close together! We also own C204 right across the hall.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice condo with a nice view. The room had everything we needed. There are a lot of good places to eat, the best pizza I ever had was not far away (PaPPo’s Pizzeria). Location is amazing, I am strongly considering the area as a retirement location one day. I am also satisfied with the cost of the stay, I will be looking to stay again in the future.
